• Near where I needed to be. Decent breakfast with good selections.
• Walls paper thin. Noise from room above all night. Car alarm going on outside window for hours. Ice machine in lobby 3 flights down.

• Friendly, clean, beds are comfortable.

“In all my travels, this hotel was the best. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast was an upscale. Staff was great also. Would go again!”

• The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The area very clean and well kept.
• Can't think of a thing.

• It was clean and new.
• They gave us only one king bed, though we were 3 people. The phone also rang at 12 and 2 a.m.!

“We were very disappointed that we didn't have two separate beds for me and two children. I got virtually no sleep having to be in the same bed with them. When I asked for a change to another room when we checked in, they said they didn't have any others.”

• The convenience to the interstate.
• No smoking, expected a better room.

“The closeness to the interstate was excellent. The breakfast was very good. I thought rooms would be more modern. Also, they should provide local phone books in the room, to look for one was very time running. Did not like the sink located outside of the bathroom.”

• Received room upgrade by mistake; morning desk girl impolitely tried moving me to standard room 2nd night.

“Clean, very comfortable Marriott quality bedding, suites make excellent use of space to provide a separate seating/living room area with a pullout sofa bed in addition to main sleep area with luxurious queen or king size bed; nice pool area; excellent hot/cold full buffet breakfast.”

• Clean, convenient, transient friendly.
• Air conditioner was too loud, especially when the compressor started. Woke me up several times.

“Enjoyed it very much. It had everything for a couple nights stay. Area was safe and convenient to shopping and dining. We would stay there again. ”

• They gave us a newspaper in morn. And breakfast and checkout was at 12:00 instead of 11:00.
• Off the beaten path.

“We were impressed with the hotel and staff. They kept up with cleaning up after everyone at breakfast and always had coffee ready when it ran out. Nice small exercise room which was open 24 hrs. A day. High speed internet and one computer that you were able to use. Also swimming pool, but it should be more secure in a way that only people coming out of hotel can access it. It is situated that anyone from the parking lot can go in it, and not secure.”

• Ac was not working in room provided.

“We arrived at the hotel and were checked in swiftly. Upon getting to the room we noticed that the ac was not turned on. My brother went to turn on the ac and it would not budge. We called the front desk and the gentleman came to attempt to get it to work to no avail. He stated that he'd find another room for us. An hour later I went downstairs and asked what the hold up was. He stated that there were no more rooms available although I had heard him talk about another room that was 'out of order.' when I inquired about this room he stated that the air worked in the room however it was not cold and gave me the key to determine whether or not we wanted to move. The other room was actually a much nicer room. The gentleman also stated that he'd have the morning person call to have them refund the money being as that the room was not in proper working order. Later that evening, the maintenance man showed up and flipped the circuit breaker and the ac came on however not at full speed. The next morning, I inquired with the front desk in regards to the refund and she stated that she wouldn't do this. After bickering back and forth for a while, I gave up and went home. The next morning, ”

• The staff went over and above.
• Extremely small room - double bed, not even a queen!

“Because we booked on we were given the smallest room in the hotel. The hotel was also booked so there were no other rooms available! Staff was the best we have even had the pleasure to meet in our travels. Gave us good suggestions for restaurants and excellent directions to get around. Easy to travel around the Tampa area from the hotel, near restaurants and shopping.”

• The security on the front entrance door. Clean Breakfast room.
• A handicap room #113 was reserved had a bad odor and bed. had to change did not request handicap room.
