• Location was good and service was passable.
• Facilities were old and in poor repair.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Drain in shower kept backing up.

“The room was clean, the TV and plumbing fixtures worked, the bed was comfy, and most of all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. For anyone making the pilgrimage up to the Mecca that is Gainesville for a Gator game and need a good place to stay that's reasonable, I would definitely recommend it.”

• Nothing.
• Hot room, hot refrigerator, cold water in shower, remote did not work, etc.

“This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no AC on when I entered the room and it took 24 hours for the unit to cool. The water in the shower was cold, the remote in the room did not work, the fridge was not plugged in and there was one outlet for a TV, fridge, coffee maker, and a lamp. I had to unplug one item in order to use the other.”

“The hotel was satisfactory, I wasn't happy with the price for what I got, in fact if I didn't go thru you it would have been a lot less expensive.”

• It was so bad we did not stay.

“Cockroaches, dirty linens, dirty laundry from former travelers. Used sanitary pads in trash cans, AC malfunctioning, dumping water onto carpet. It was awful. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• I didn't not enjoy my stay at the Gainesville Knight's Inn at all!
• Room and grounds were incredibly dirty. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned.

“I will never stay here again. It was very unkept and there were homeless people on the grounds of the hotel.”
