• It was better than I expected for the price and the star-rating.
• It could stand just a litle upgrading in the bath, also make sure all of the towels are there.

“Better than what the price and star-rating indicated. Would recommend this for single travelers or someone traveling with a partner.”

• Dirty, noisy, very small room.

“It's a terrible experience to stay at this Inn only one day! The room is very small and dirty. Mattress has some big stains. Carpet is also dirty with some strange smell. I'll never stay this inn!”

• The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very professional and helpful.
• We enjoyed everything about this hotel.

• Bathroom above had a leak that ran to ours.

“Service and people were great. All but the bathroom up stairs backed up and ran into ours. But the problem was fixed promptly, and had no other issues.”

• Although it's an old facility, it is well maintained, both inside and out. The rooms are clean and the linens are fresh.
• There was a rust stain around the bathtub drain. I didn't bother me, but my 13 year old son was very bothered by it.

“Great value for the money. The building is old, but it is well maintained. Staff was helpful. Family friendly. Easy to find. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants all over the place. I would definitely spend a night there, again.”

“The hotel was a nightmare. I received a key to someone else's room to start off my trip. Finally when we got our room it was smoke filled, no microwave and fridge and staff didn't care. They told me to leave if I didn't like it.”

• The huge bed and cold air conditioning.
• Plumbing was not in order in the room.

• The hotel was overall noise free.
• The lobby/elevator smelled like weed. The electronic door was damaged, we couldn't get into our hotel room. We were promised a free night that we did not get.

“Aside from the hotel being in the middle of nowhere, the lobby and elevator smelled like weed. The second night the electronic door to our room broke, we could not get in and all of our stuff was locked inside. They promised us a free night, but the day of check out they said it was not possible. The breakfast bar consisted of cold sandwich bread and boiled eggs with water or orange juice. Also the second day they did not replace the towels and when I went to ask for some they gave me 2 for a family of 5. I have stayed in other Quinta hotels * in Gainesville, Fl.* and was more pleased with my experience however this hotel was a true disappointment. I do not recommend it.”

• Very close to the Ford Amphitheatre.
• Room had no towels, no ashtrays, no trash can liners, continental breakfast had good variety, but no plain bagels and we could not find the tea.

“Convenient to Fairgrounds, staff did their best to help with the problems we had. We would probably stay again as long as it is only one night.”

• Great location for concert at the Ford amphitheatre.
• Hotel front desk staff was horrible!

“This hotel is a great location for the ford amphitheatre. We walked across the street and were there. We also didn't have to worry about parking and being stuck in traffic after the show. The two women at the front desk seemed to be running some sort of con, trying to get people to pay twice for the hotel.”

• Extremely close to the ford amphitheatre.
• Little roaches in the sinks.

“The hotel looked a little run down. There were little bugs in the sink crawling around the area. The sheets were real itchy and the bed was not very comfy. I would return though I'm all about giving second chances. The room we stayed in was the accessible room (handicap). We are going to try another room next time. Staff was great as helped with all requests and questions.”

“We stayed for three nights and our room was not done not even ones. I had to go to front desk and request towels and I had to make my own bed at 10:00pm at night. The room had a really bad smell.”
