• It was close to I-75.
• There were stains on the bed sheets and the toilet was not fully clean.

“I can not believe that I picked this hotel by the name it had. This was really misleading as I would of paid a little more to stay at the other hotels around the area. It was dirty. There were bugs in the room, the toilet was not completely clean, the IHOP across the parking lot was not the best IHOP I've been to and there were stains on our bed sheets. I'm so glad we always travel with our own bed sheets. Oh, almost forgot there were no clean towels by the pool.”

• The breakfast.
• When we got at the hotel at 2:00am the kea room was not working.

“The hotel is good for someone that is looking for a place just to sleep. Room and linens were clean.”

• It was quit, clean and a good location to the Amusement Park.
• Too many trees, made it look stark and non-inviting. Color scheme was dull.

“The complimentary breakfast was pretty good for the size of the hotel. The location excellent, right next to I-75 and only a few miles from attractions. The pool was a nice feature but need more than one entrance. The parking was good. The rooms were a bit small but adequate.”

• Very convenient to Bush Gardens.
• Bed was a little too firm.

“It was everything expected for the price. Staff was friendly and moved us to a room closer to the pool as I asked. It is not a 5 star Hotel but it does not represent itself as such. All in all the stay was good and the room was clean.”

• Nice pool area and IHOP next-door.
• Bathroom was tiny.

• Quiet location.
• Linens need to be replaced; worn.

“The IHOP was conveniently located adjacent to the parking lot. Too bad their dinner fare wasn't too good. Ordered onion rings that dripped brown grease, leading me to believe the fryer wasn't refreshed too often.”

• Location was convenient; staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Grounds, motel and room were clean. A definite for a return stay.
• Not enough parking.

“Very scenic under the trees. Helpful, efficient staff. Clean outside and inside the lobby and rooms. Great amenities in room, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Nice breakfast. Would recommend to singles or families. Good rate. Will return.”

• Star on directions map had it on wrong side of busy road.

• Location was great, room was very clean, maid service was excellent, the breakfast had a good assortment t.
• The only problem was the commode seat was broken in the bath.

“Very well located for our purpose, room was very clean, staff went out of their way to keep us happy, and the I-hop was in the parking lot. Very good place to stay.”
