“Location, Hilton name, Priceline prices.
Guests were noisy (Talking in hallway all night long) Hotel staff did not intervene, sheets were old and too small for king sized bed.”

“Before you go realize that it does not come with a free breakfast. The price for breakfast was $10 no matter if you only get coffee and cereal. Also the pool was small and dirty. Tons of leaves and dirt in it. We were put in a handicap room which we did not ask for. Since it was handicap their was no tub so we had to wash our baby in the sink. The front desk was horrible at telling us directions. We asked how far the airport was and they told us 15-20 minutes it took us over an hour. We then asked where the beach was and they couldn't tell us.”

“We were extremely happy with the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff were wonderful, the lobby/gathering area was fabulous. The pool was always clean and orderly. The complimentary coffee and newspaper were A+++ on my list. Would stay there again and again”

“This was our second stay at a HGI, and we love the hotels. Everything is top drawer. And the extras like tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and warm cookies
available 24/7 add to the attraction. This HGI has a female staff member who goes out of her way to ask how the guests are enjoying their stay and whether she can help them with anything. Go HGI Tampa!”

“Location was great
easy to access major highways. Staff was very accommodating, let me store luggage when I arrived early so that I could use the pool and relax. Also allowed a delayed departure the next day with no charge. Wi-fi was free.”

“This hotel would be great for any business trip because of the free wireless in every room. It would also be fine for a family trip because it is very close to I-75, a few fast food restaurants, USF, Busch Gardens, and MOSI. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I was also impressed that the front desk called up to see if they could tell my husband the room number since he arrived a few hours after I had checked in, and the room happened to be in my name only.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was one exit away from restaurants and attractions. We had business in Brandon, FL which was a short 10 minute ride away. 20 minutes to the airport. Not a bad stay at all.”

“This is by far the best hotel experience I have had. Beds were very comfortable, room nice and clean and even including a mini fridge and a microwave. Best of all the ability to fully close the curtains for complete darkness (a must for me). Highly recommended.”
