• Location.
• Drab institutional feel, old, no closet doors, dorm like.

“This hotel was located close to the interstate, making it easy to find. There was no blow dryer in the room, but one was made available by asking. There were no amenities in the room for showering such as shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, or any moisturizer. These are things that I come to expect, even from a cheap hotel. The lighting in the room was mostly fluorescent, making it very institutional like. There was a closet area, however no closet door for that area. It was a depressing room.”

• The staff was very quick to check us in and out.
• The bathroom was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable.

“The hotel could have been priced cheaper for the amenities it offered. The bathrooms had human hair left in it. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and customer friendly.”
