• Room size, refrigerator, layout - great for relaxing.

“This hotel was great for my recent stay. It was clean and in a great location. I enjoyed relaxing after a long day of shopping!v”

• Conveniently located, clean and friendly.
• Although clean, the room and public areas where a bit old looking.

“Comfortable stay. Clean room and public spaces, safe location that is close to museums and university.”

• The bed was very comfortable and having a kitchen with refrigerator in it was a plus having young kids.

“We arrived at 10:45pm to the hotel. They only had 3 rooms left and I and my sister were to be occupying 2 of those rooms. Luckily one of the rooms was right by the entrance so that my husband didn't have to drag all the luggage and kids equipment very far from the car which made it very easy and convenient. However, my sister and I were not able to have rooms near each other because of the limited rooms available. We ended up having problems with the toilet the next afternoon and they were able to flip us right into a room directly across the hall had become vacant which once again was very convenient for moving everything from one room to the other. We would definitely stay there again.”

• The shape of the tub/shower bottom (v shaped).

• Everything but Lee, the night clerk.
• The night clerk.

“Quiet, convenient, great breakfasts, clean, very accommodating staff (with the exception of the night clerk, who was a sarcastic, rude, Would recommend but warn them about the night clerk.”

• Large spacious rooms with full kitchen; free excellent continental breakfast with waffles.
• Decor in rooms was drab and colorless.

“This hotel specializes in rooms with full kitchens for people who are staying for a long time (some for a month or longer). The rooms were a lot larger than most with full kitchens. They were well maintained but decor was so drab. Everything was tan or off white. Only one bed with a sofa pullout. I was told they did not have any rooms with two beds. Great free continental breakfast complete with hot waffles. Great for people who are staying in area for a week or longer.”

“Manager did not address the badly stained chair and food left in the refrigerator. It took 3-days and the day manager to correct problem.”

• They put me in a room next to stairs after requesting not to.

“I would stay there again but would insist not to be close to the stairs. Also I would suggest that they have the breakfast available through the time posted.”
