  • Location.
  • Noisy, dirty.

“I had a confused new person on check in and a different new confused trainee on checkout. Hotel walls are very thin. I could hear conversations clearly next door and every breath as they snored through the night.”

  • Noisy, dirty, small TV.

“Hotel shower liner was melted, too short and flooded bathroom floor. Kitchen cabinets full of cheetoes scraps and broken crackers. Bath floor filthy in first room. Very thin walls and noisy neighbors all around and outside. Window faced parking lot full of idiots who kept setting their car locks and panic alarms all night long.”

  • Did not really like this hotel.
  • Suite very small. Could not even open sofa bed, no dining, pool small and crowded.

“We were put in a handicap room which was very small, so small that the sofa bed would not open. It hit the wall. The staff did move us without a problem, but the pool was outside our window by our bed and the kids in the small crowded pool were loud. The room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and sheets and pillows very nice. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We had to go to the service desk numerous times. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, they would not give us any extra pillows, they stated that there were 5 in the room and that was all that was aloud. There was no blankets in the room. Would not recommend this hotel.”

  • The accommodations were very spacious.
  • They did not make the bed and they did not vacuum.

“The suites at this hotel are spacious, and it is pleasant to have a kitchen and separate living area. They have high-speed internet in the living room, and there is a table that can be used for one's computer. The office personnel are friendly. On occasion, they have good chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Don't get used to having these cookies because they don't always put them out. The primary disappointment is in the housekeeping area. The bed was not made and the rooms were not vacuumed. Otherwise, the facility was clean. This all- suite hotel is located in a secluded, office park type of setting, and there are many trees in the area. By car, it is convenient to one of the major interstate roads.”

  • Great conditions, personnel, facilities.
  • Annoyed when asked for a Spanish restaurant within the area. Not very knowledgeable about the area.

“I liked the area where located its family friendly environment technology savvy & user friendly. I felt I was as close to home or someplace I could call home.”

  • Very friendly staff, extremely clean! Bed was wonderfully comfortable!
  • The floors and walls were thin. Could hear others.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. My fiancé and I stayed for three days/two nights. And were extremely pleased with the staff as well as the room. Very friendly, very clean. And might I add, the bed was amazing! The most comfortable bed I¿ve ever slept in at a hotel. Prime location and close too many of the things we wished to do. Bush gardens were one of them! Would stay there again!”

  • The room was roomy, clean, and the bedding was great-down pillows.
  • It was not visible to the main road, thus a bit difficult to find.

“Very user friendly, excellent for business travelers. The rooms make it easy to do business, relax, and prepare a light meal or snack.”

  • It is much nicer than its star rating would seem to imply.
  • It is inconvenient for downtown Tampa.

“The town place suites Tampa north is a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to anyone. The room is immaculately clean. The bed is a memory-foam type that is incredibly comfortable. There is a full kitchen (sink, stove, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher) which is very convenient. The outside entrances are kept locked at all times and can only be accessed with a key card. A full analog cable channel lineup is really nice for extended stays. I will be staying here on my next trip to Tampa!”
