• The morning front desk clerk.
• Feeling dirty and unsafe.

“This hotel is lacking in a lot of areas. Cleanliness, safety, and the feeling that it would be a good place to bring a family are in short supply. There were bedbugs in the first room we tried to stay in, and we should have taken that as a sign and not stayed there, but my wife was ill and we decided to try again, to our mistake. I will never stay there again!”

• The morning receptionist lady was very helpful.
• The night lady never answered calls for help and could not be found.

“As a patient of the VA, if I did not have to stay here when I came to town, I surely would not. It is almost like living in a ghetto situation, with people asking for favors for money, and intimidating rude people wandering the parking lot at all hours, this is definitely not a place I would want my family or grandchildren to stay. The whole experience of staying at this hotel is not one that I would relish or recommend again. It was just plain nasty.”

“Horrible, the room had an overbearing smell of smoke, there were bugs all over the bathroom, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.”

• Lots of bright open space, excellent full kitchen, convenient location, outstanding internet speed.
• No convenient way to get in touch with operator of apartment.

“Good place if you want a spacious, fairly elegant apartment. Lots of nearby restaurants, convenient to metro and train. Full kitchen if you would rather cook for yourself. No fitness center, business center, or anything like that, but excellent internet access.”

“I did not make it past the lobby before I was so distraught, manager was extremely rude and I advised would not be staying there and to give me my signed copy of the receipt, he stated no charge and gave me a blank paper. I finally convinced him to give me one that said zero charge, but he still refused to give my copies of what i signed. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. I will not be going back to this location. Luckily, we found a room down the road, at our own inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel on your sight again.”
