• The pool.
• The mouse in my room.

“Our room was awful. The beds were uncomfortable. There was old food in the cabinets and a mouse in the kitchen that night! The hot water wasn't working properly and the water faucet handle was broken in the shower. The air conditioner couldn't cool the room, even at night.”

• The person at the front desk, was very nice.
• I was charged for a Jacuzzi suite and did not get it.

“The hotel front desk person was not that friendly. There was no wireless in room. I inquired about the Jacuzzi suite and was told the day of our departure that there was nothing that could be done. I had to take a test on Saturday and this was not a good place to stay. I did not rest well.”
