• I like that the hotel had open indoor room all facing each other.
• No comment.

• The hotel suite was very large and homey, the pool large, the breakfast wonderful.
• Hot tub did not feel hot.

“The hotel staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer all questions, the cook to order breakfast was very good, the hotel was approx. 1 mile from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, this hotel has a pool, hot tub, exercise room, manager special every night, arcade for the kids, the hotel restaurant is spend but very nice atmosphere. I would visit again.”

• Nice staff, great continental breakfast, nice managers reception.
• Room smelled of cigarettes.

• Free shuttle service was very convenient.
• Breakfast quality was one of the worst (except omelets).

“This hotel performed its duties well. The rooms are nice and big (similar to all Embassy Suites). Unfortunately we were stuck with a smoking room and since there was no front desk staff to be found, we had to push our way through the stubborn Automatic Check-in Machine. Needless to say, we got stuck with the smoking room. The smell of smoke was not that noticeable over the smell of the freshener they use. The hotel lobby is great, with running water and trees. If you go to breakfast, get the omelet and sausage, everything else was just gross (and cold). The shuttle service was free and easy. You simply walk to the desk, they drive you where you want to go and give you a card to call for you return trip. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.”

• Friendly service in particular the front desk staff.
• Could not find anything we did not like.

“The hotel is terrific and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly the location is perfectly near the shopping malls, restaurants, bush gardened. Very good value for the money. We will recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will be back again. Thank you for recommending it to us.”
