• The room was huge, well decorated and clean. I was pleasantly surprised.
• I would have loved for it to have had a restaurant and lounge. Also more elevators.

“I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise. The room was twice as big, nicely decorated and appointed and luxurious. The staff was fast and courteous.”

• Too much notice from hallways and rooms next door.

• The distance from Busch Gardens was short and easy to get to.
• There was only one elevator working causing us to back track to our room.

“The hotel was nice and clean. The tub floor was slippery and my husband and I both nearly fell. The hot tub was very nice. The hotel did not have a shuttle to Busch gardens but it was close to drive. We drove it in less than ten minutes even with traffic. It is nice hotel for the money.”

• Very noisy location directly across the hall from the elevator.

“The room was great and typically we are very comfortable at La Quintas. Unfortunately we were given a room directly across the hall from a very noisy elevator.”

• Rooms need renovation.

“It's good that the hotel accepts pets. The location is great. However, the rooms are old and the rug needs cleaning. Bathroom in poor condition.”

• Convenience and cleanliness.
• Rear entrance was secluded and made me nervous to use at night.

“The room was spacious and most importantly clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. In addition, check-out time was not until noon so I was able to handle my business in the morning without rushing to vacate my room by the usual 10:00am check-out time.”
