• Very nice and family friendly, more than expected.
• Not enough towels.

• In the main lobby ceiling was falling apart!

• I liked the front desk personnel at check-in.
• The rooms were in desperate need of upgrades. Some elevators did not work. Roaches in the room.

• The proximity to my destination, Busch Gardens Florida.
• Free breakfast.

“I have stayed at this hotel in the past and thought enough of it to return. The staff is helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and the pool and bar area are fun. My one disappointment was the free breakfast. They have a new vendor whose idea of a hot breakfast was boiled eggs and grits. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.”

• Roomy. Close to park. Quiet.
• No hot breakfast as advertised.

“Newly refurbished. Bathroom small. Clean. Nice pool. Could not check in before three. We got there early and had to wait two hours.”

• The internet, close to park attractions, and different restaurants.
• The room horribly dirty, bed was so uncomfortable, pool was dirty, staff is so unfriendly, I hate that hotel so much.

• I liked that it had a recreation deck with ping pong and pool tables.
• Too close to busy road, created noise and light in room.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to families that are visiting Busch Gardens, the shuttle was convenient and with fridge and micro in room, dining expenses can be greatly reduced.”

• Cleanliness; balcony; quiet; very nice, relaxing, tropical environment.
• Office staff mostly teenagers, casual to a fault; mgmt not professional, unfriendly.

“Very clean, safe, family friendly environment. Close to attractions, entertainment and restaurants. Perfect for the business traveler. Convenient to interstates 75, 275 & 4, hospitals, downtown Tampa, your city, usf and va. Fantastic hot breakfast. With the relaxing tropical environment you may never want to go home!”

• The staff was great!
• Thou price was nice still too high for me to afford again.

“The hotel is wonderful the staff is excellent. Everything you need is there for you. My best friend¿s husband died a couple of months ago and it was her first time out. And she even had a nice time and said she could not wait to go back. I thank you all for her having a good time at the hotel and the bar! Thank you.”
