• Staff and service were beyond reproach.
• Initial room (non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes; however, I was given a new room upon request.

“The rooms were clean and comfortable; staff always went out of their way to accommodate needs and requests. Workers were warm and friendly as they went about their daily routines, making us feel welcome. I look forward to my next stay there.”

• free shuttle to busch gardens
• waiting on the shuttle over an hour after we called from BG

“The room was very nice. It exceeded our expectations. Very nice courtyard with pool and tiki bar. The free shuttle to and from Busch Gardens made it even better.”

• Fridge, microwave, shuttle to Busch gardens, clean, cheap.
• Toilet was leaking from tank into bowl, kind of
  noisy when trying to sleep.

“Awesome cheap hotel! I only stayed there 1 night to go to Busch Gardens (it's really close). They had a FREE shuttle to take you to the park which was even better than driving there. It is not a fancy hotel but at least it was clean, I got a good night sleep, the breakfast was good, and it was cheap. Refrigerator and microwave was also a big plus in my book.”

• Having a separate sleeping area for the adults was great.
• Wireless internet was difficult to connect to.

“This is a great hotel for the price. The pool is not huge, but they've got very nice landscaping. It's a convenient location for many of the big attractions.”

“Staff was excellent from check in to shuttle driver and housekeeping did an excellent job. Entire experience at this hotel was great. We will stay here again for sure. Could not have asked for more.”

• Layout.
• Small suite.

“This hotel was actually a lot nicer than I thought. It has a beautiful courtyard and tiki bar by the pool, even though the bar is only open from 5-10. We had a suite 2 beds 1 fold out couch, but it was still pretty small. I would not recommend using the shuttle. The lady at the front desk was rude and actually laughed at the fact we never got a ride back, even though we tipped. Overall, the hotel is nice and worth the money.”

“The hotel did exceed our expectations, the rate was much less than what I would have expected to have paid for this hotel. This was our first Priceline hotel trip, if your willing to take a chance then this is right up your ally. If you are less likely to leave certain things (adjoining rooms, king, twin, smoker/nonsmoker) to availability, then book directly as you won't have a choice.”

• Suite room added much needed space to the room.
• Extremely dirty carpet made the room feel dingy.

“Hotel was in a good location, pool area was very nice, the bedroom was pretty small but the room was a suite so that added extra space that was very nice to have. The room itself was nicely appointed, comfortable beds and granite counter tops - but the carpet was so dirty that it made the entire room feel really dingy.”

• All the rooms had only interior access. And only able to get in with your key from outside.
• Parking spaces available for guest very limited.

“The beds were very comfortable. I felt very safe with my children with the rooms only being able to be reach from the interior court yard. and only those with keys could come in the side doors. Very quiet and relaxing. We did have to park in the restaurants parking lot next door though because there were no spaces left. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.”

• Sleeper couch was great, had privacy in bedroom traveling with child.
• Tiki bar was closed poolside on a Sunday, restaurant was understaffed & slow.

• Great location, awesome shuttle service, helpful staff, good food, nice room.
• We had trouble falling asleep because loud people were in the pool until 11:30 pm.

“I stayed here with my 3 children, ages 11, 9 and 6. We loved it! The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food was great! The pool and hot tub were fun, although the pool could have been a little warmer. Our room was clean and very nice.”

• The new renovations were an awesome improvement.

“The new management and renovations have made a world of difference in this facility. The attitude of the staff was improved as well. The weather was a little cool for us to enjoy the pool and hot tub but they were both immaculate and ready for use. The room was spacious and met our needs perfectly.”
