• Clean room, convenient location.
• Small parking lot.

“This hotel served us well for our stay during the NHRA Thunder Valley Spring Nationals at Bristol. It is located at exit 63 on I-81, and the Bristol Dragway is at exit 69. The room was clean and there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door.”

• Access to the interstate.
• Breakfast room to small to accommodate large amounts of guests.

“Overall, a very nice hotel. Would have liked to seen a more supervised breakfast room. i.e. freshing up the bagels, cups, napkins etc.”

• The beds were comfortable, clean and the staff was courteous.
• No refrigerator. No pet walk area.

“We had to keep the babies milk in the bath sink full of ice, and we had to take the pet across a busy street to a grass area, other than those two faults the hotel was great.”

• Staff was willing to provide milk from breakfast area for my baby, even at night.
• Housecleaning did not make our beds, but left them as we had "made" them.

“The staff was friendly enough and all services were sufficient, but not really memorable. Given the price it wasn't the best available option. ”

• Clean, neat, friendly, great waffles for breakfast
• It was farther away from our destination than we realized.

“The general appearance and condition of the hotel was far better than expected; somewhat elegant, in fact. The decor was appealing. The comforters on the beds were fresh smelling and new. The pillows were clean and fresh. The beds were excellent. The continental breakfast included make-your-own waffles! Fantastic!”

• The room was a comfortable temperature at check-in. Many places don't run AC with no one in room, but they did.
• Washcloths and soap/shampoo were located in room area instead of bath area.

“Check-in / Check-out procedures went very smoothly. Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom areas were clean. The rooms met or beat our expectations, and we would stay again!”
