• It was clean. I liked the lady who made the waffles.
• There was a strange spray smell in the air. Breakfast donuts were stale.

“This place was a good enough choice for somewhere for just a sleep over while going onto somewhere else. Management and staff were courteous.”

• Location, otherwise nothing. Never stay there.
• Everything except location. Old, dirty, paper thin walls, ridiculous breakfast.

• Awesome breakfast!
• Older hotel.

“This is a nice, clean motel with friendly staff. It is older, but they seem to have upgraded some things. Our room was very clean. It is just off the interstate - good for travelers who need a stopping place. The breakfast includes yummy waffles made to order for you!”

“Great staff! Very friendly and responsive. The rooms are recently renovated and come with fridge, DVD, microwave, coffee maker, everything. Location, is perfect to get anywhere yet very quiet. Best bang for the buck I have seen in a long time.”

• All of the staff were great with one terrible exception.
• The person at the front desk on needs to be fired. Manager needs reprimanding.

“This is a nice motel, but the Quality Inn down the street is far superior. The person at the front desk was terrible. It was totally his error and the general manager was complicit in this injustice. I a.m. angry, and may pursue this matter in the courts.”

• It furnished iron/ironing board. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
• Curtains looked as if they had been stored in a box. Very wrinkled, molding over shower coming away from wall in several places.? Mold in shower.

“Roof over head. No extras or pampering. A little much for the total package.”

• The people who worked there were great!
• Walls a little thin.

“Hotel is fairly centrally located for a trip to the region but not near anything in particular + nothing within walking distance. The staff was great, and even seemed to be fun loving, a real treat. For the morning breakfast there was someone to make waffles and clean up right away. Rooms were clean & in good condition. Walls a little thin.”

• The hot breakfast was a plus and the main reason for choosing this facility.
• It was showing its age - not necessarily a negative though.

“The hotel showed its age. It was relatively clean and quite suitable for our overnight stay. The breakfast was a plus for me - hot Belgium waffles, fruit, cereal, sweet rolls, bagels, English muffins, coffee, orange and apple juice. Pleasant, but small, eating area. Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Consistent with its star level.”

• Very clean room. All grounds well kept.
• They put us in a smoking room without asking. It smelled awful.

“Old motel in a modest economic environment. It is very well maintained. They say the room comes with breakfast. It is a modest continental breakfast.”

• Conveniently located, good size rooms, plenty of towels, and accommodating babies and pets.
• Hotel room floor was dirty.

“Good location. Friendly service. Good size room. Had a portable crib available so we didn't have to find room for ours in our car. The floors could have been cleaner, didn't feel comfortable going barefoot. But the beds seamed clean.”

• They were very friendly and helpful.
• We had rats and flies in our room. Odor in our room.

“Easy to find, convenient location. Most people were friendly. Need to refresh the rooms after people have smoked in a non-smoking room. Needs an American restaurant also.”

• The staff was understanding about my discomfort with the room locations.
• This is a motel, with room doors opening out onto the parking lot, or worse, in the back alley with a large dumpster.

“As a single business traveler, I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this type of setting, so I canceled my reservation and went to an alternate hotel in the area. The manager was understanding and quite nice about the situation. The lobby was very clean and inviting, but I didn't like the room situation, so chose to go elsewhere.”

• Housekeeping tried to make it look nice.
• I heard rodents scurrying in the ceiling/walls.

“Front door opened to parking lot with noise and commotion. Carpet was worn so I wanted to stand on towel at sink. I wondered about the cleanliness of the bedspread. I was visiting family so only slept here which was fortunate as it was "bare bones" style room.”
