“The most disgusting place I've ever
set foot in. I think The entire building should be leveled. It is not fit for homeless people to stay at. Mold, dirt, grime and all around nastiness in each room. The smell, don't even get me started. The owner should be absolutely ashamed of this facility.”

“This hotel was a disappointing way to the end of a wonderful vacation. About all this room had was a TV. After staying in a king suite in Orlando which offered TV, safe, refrigerator, and coffee maker and a full breakfast bar in the morning and for less than we are paying for this room. The hotel is past its prime age wise. A bed that is so soft that you can feel the floor, had to switch rooms due to the internet signal would reach. The plumbing and TV worked, that is about it.”

“This motel is in a very dangerous neighborhood. I was attacked in the back parking lot in 2006, beaten, strangled and almost carjacked by a black male. (I fought back) I ended up in the hospital with 10 stitches in my upper and lower lip. My face was unrecognizable. The Tampa police would not even investigated this crime. The man that did this has never been found. Don't stay there!”

“I'm very disappointed as a customer/consumer. We all work very hard for our money to pay for something that was unsatisfactory, & to have left a day early, & get another room elsewhere more money spent.”

“The room was advertised as newly renovated, but upon arrival I realized that meant 'we painted the walls'. The cover to the A/C unit was falling off, the window curtains were falling apart, there were holes in the comforter on the beds, and there was mold down the wall and in the carpet in the bathroom area. I can go on and on about the things that were wrong with this hotel. I did not expect it would require a trip to my local pharmacy to get something to rid me of the "rash" I got.”

“It was in an extremely dangerous area of Tampa. I didn't know this because I had never been to Tampa. The bed was awful, the carpet wasn't clean in the corners and around the edges. Within 5 minutes of arrival I had killed several roaches already and when I opened a drawer another one flew out.”

“I was appalled at the way this place looked, While checking in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, upon entering the room the lights were burned out, the smoke alarm batteries beeped until it finally went dead! The water would not shut off in the bathroom, the toilet had sewage backed up which made the smell unpleasant. I called the front desk to ask for a light bulb and batteries and she told me she would bring them to the room. She never did, so I went up front to ask for them. She THREW a box of AA's which didn't fit and also gave me a toilet plunger for the toilet- I thought she was joking. Hence I and my friend left and found somewhere else that was suitable for human life! I felt sorry for the bugs crawling in there, thats how bad it was.”

“The hotel is located in a really bad neighborhood, too ethnic. The rooms are smelly, dirty and the air conditioning completely covered with mold. I developed an allergy as soon as it was morning. I would recommend this hotel to horror movies lovers, because this is a place of terror indeed.”

“This hotel is located in a very poor neighborhood filled with crime. We did not know that when we booked. Consequently, our vehicle was stolen out of the parking lot. Furthermore, there was blood on the bathroom floors and there were many vagrant looking black males roaming the area. They ended up recovering the vehicle, but it is not drivable and now we are in a rental and have $500 deduct able to fix it. Horrible experience.”

“This motel is quite close to Busch gardens but quite shabby. The beds were terribly spongey and uncomfortable. Beware of the addage, "you get what you pay for". Boy did we make a mistake with this choice!”
