“More expensive than other 2 stars in area, little to show for it. Desk clerk tired and disinterested at checkout. Will try another hotel on next trip.”

“This is a basic hotel with no pool. It smelled fine and was clean. We found this to be true, also, but had no noise problems (other than from our own children).”

“This hotel was disappointing because there was nothing for my family to do. There was renovations going on while we were there. The hotel really offered nothing except a place to sleep and take a shower. I will not stay at this hotel again. It was a waste of my time and money. There were nice hotels across the street with actual amenities and a pool so I had to listen to 4 complaining children the whole time. A very disappointing, quick vacation.”

“I visit Hendersonville four times a year and have stayed at most of the 2 star hotels in the area. I would definitely make this Ramada my first choice in the future. Newly renovated, very clean, and extremely comfortable bed.”

“I selected a non smoking room from the internet but was told that I hadn't and received a smoking room and because of availability I had to take this. I was also told that I would have been charged 10 dollars more for non smoking. This is outrageous! Why should I pay to breathe clean air? This is another instance of other people's choices affecting me negatively without my choice. I was also told (the next day, by another employee) that even if I put 'non-smoking' on the reservation that it is Ramada's policy to give a non smoking room unless it is put in the 'special requests' section. I won't be staying here again but will make sure I do this with every other hotel I reserve to make sure I am not taken advantage of again.”

“Breakfast extremely limited. Sign at desk stated special priced rooms only on second floor. This would not be conducive for some and should be stated in ads. No elevator but staff offered to help with baggage.”
