  • The only thing I liked was the location.
  • Beds, personnel, a/c, wi-fi.

“I had a lousy stay at this hotel -- the a/c only worked at 65 degrees, the beds were terribly lumpy and uncomfortable, there was no microwave in the room (as advertised), and wi-fi was only available in the lobby. I stayed at a Microtel the night before for half the price, and was much more comfortable. If I could, I would insist on a refund, because even when I told the front desk of my complaints at check-out, there was very little concern and no offer to "make good." if this is what I get when I pre-pay.”
