• Nothing.
• Beds were broken down, noisy, no elevator, no ice, unfriendly staff.

“The location was 10 miles from the airport, and further than we had expected it to be. Upon arriving, the desk clerk was unfriendly and seemed stressed to have to wait on us, even though we arrived around 7:00 p.m. We asked for a room with an elevator, but there was none available. My friend and I had to lug the suitcases to the room. We then went to the hotel restaurant, to find men occupying the space with card playing. We went to the bar and everything that we tried to order on the menu was not available. We asked what they did have and ordered that. We did find this to be tasty. My friend ordered an alcoholic mixed drink, and they had no salt to make it, and it seemed to be void of alcohol. While we were sitting there, people came in to get ice, because there was none available at any other location around the establishment. When we returned to the room, we discovered that both mattresses were broken to such a degree that when we sat on the side of the mattresses, we slid off. During the night, the people next door talked on their cell phone and smoked out on the balcony until after 2:00 a.m. At about 6:00 a.m. a fire truck came barreling in, with firefighters going into the adjacent building. We toughed out another night, but vowed never to return.”

“This Comfort Inn met my expectations for the price. The room was clean, well supplied, adequate parking. Easy to drive to from the Tampa Airport and in a location near lots of restaurants and shopping.”

• The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable.
• Doorway was slightly dark (outside).

“The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable I expected less from other people's ratings of the hotel but it exceeded my expectations.”

• Confidently located to the interstate.
• Inside decor was nice.

“The hotel location was convent. Lobby was neat and clean, dinning was adequate. Safety was a concern considering way in was located.”

• Bathroom had mold, lobby & pool dirty, noisy, under construction, pool/spa not open.

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a comfort inn thinking it would be an "up scale" or at least a nice hotel. This hotel was far from nice. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shabby caulking on tile, and a very small. The room itself was marginal at best. I was traveling with my wife, my daughter and one of her friends and told them we had a "nice" hotel booked. Needless to say we were all very disappointed. Last year when we went on vacation, we stayed at a red roof inn that was very poor and I promised them we would not do that again. I failed; well I could only go with what was on the web site. ”

• The indoor pool could be nice.
• The staff was rude and miss organized, the rooms were musty smelling, the bath was in poor shape and the other guest were loud and no help was given.

“The hotel could be a nice place if the pools were cleaned and the rooms updated. The staff needs to be more in tune to the guests needs and not ignored. The restaurant staff was slow and unorganized. We were very disappointed”
