• I really liked the staff. That¿s about it. Other than that. Well at least I wasn't shot even though the police were there almost everyday.
• I didn't like the people staying at the hotel. The neighbors fought all the time. It resulted in someone calling the police numerous times.

“As long as you make sure you bring tanning lotion, plenty of water to keep you hydrated, a gun to keep you safe, and don't leave your room once it gets dark and you'll be fine. If it gets to loud and crazy just turn the volume of the television up to drown it out. It worked for me. I feel I should say something nice as well. The staff was very nice.”

• Service and cleanliness exceeds expected for price.
• Could use more parking.

“While this is not the best location in Tampa, it is safe and the motel is very clean and the service is extremely good. If you are doing bush gardens, this is the cleanest and nicest motel within 15 miles.”

• Breakfast and the complimentary newspaper was very pleasant.
• Everything after that.

“As prices you didn't even get what you paid for. The pool is out of order, roaches in the rooms, the television channels not there unless you are planning on being a news broadcaster there are only 21 channels out of the 21-6 of them are news channels. The linen on the bed has mildew stains on them and cigarette burns in non-smoking, the bathroom ceiling looks as if it's about to cave in. My vacation was almost disgusting but I got out before it was to late. ”

• The room I stayed in was dirty and smelled like smoke.

“As a the director of one of the largest non-profit organizations that creates affordable housing in California, this hotel was the worse hotel I ever stayed in. The room was dirty, smelled like smoke and I found bugs in the bed.”

• Convenient location.
• It needs some miner things worked on in the building its self. Over all a good stay.

“Clean. Pool also clean. Nice shower this is so important, Friendly staff. Close to I-275 Tampa and I-75. Just needs some cosmetic cleanup.”

• At least it includes breakfast.

“The only thing this property had on the Motel 6 was the breakfast and newspaper. The property generally has a dilapidated feel, and I was really concerned about personal safety because even at half past midnight when I arrived, the doors leading to inside the building were not locked.”

• Close to Busch Gardens.
• Very old, dirty, awful service, extremely rude management.

“It was a nightmare staying at this hotel. The hotel is very old and rooms smell. Hotel is run by some very rude gentlemen who don't know any thing about customer service. Very very dirty hotel and rooms.”
