• Easy to get to.
• Rooms smelled musty and were not clean.

“The rooms smelled musty when we arrived. We found hairs in the bed and in the tub. It was not a very clean hotel. On the upside it was cheap and it was convenient for me on that trip. Good food was also scarce in the area.”

• Good TV. 3 towels vs 2 at other hotels.
• Loud fighting going on at 3am.
  I contemplated calling the police. It was scary.
  I would recommend security.

“overall this hotel was nicer than the econo lodge on e busch blvd i stayed at. there were more tv channel's. the bed was more to my liking..firm. i felt like the bed/room were clean...overall. i didn't feel afraid to sleep in the bed. nice water presure in the shower. it was nice to be provided 3 towels instead of the standard 2. the one uncomfortable moment was when some people woke me up at 3am, screaming, yelling, screaming. i was scared. no one from the hotel ever addressed the situation. normally, a manager would come out & tell the people they would have to leave if they dont quite down. mgnt did nothing.”

• No small refrigerator.

• Dirty, room number plaque was missing and on paper in window, no ice scoop.

• The pool area and outer areas were clean.
• Everything.

“When checking into the room. Had to go back 3 times to the front desk. The first room was given to another family. The other two times the key pad did not work. Maintenance had to come to the room to correct the key pad. Got bit by red ant in hotel room. Do not know if it was in the room or outside and came in with us. There were bugs in the eating area of the hotel lobby where the breakfast was being served. Ate outside of hotel from there on. Room was clean and neat but for the price, there was no ice box in the room to store cold drinks.”

• It absolutely met all our needs. But could use a hot tub. For some who may need it.
• It needs a restaurant for more than just continental breakfast.

“We had to go to the hospital and so this hotel was within our distance. It was also near fast food and eat-in restaurants. There were pharmacies and grocery stores near. Very accessible on and off I-275. Like I said other than a need for an actual restaurant and could use a hot tub, in our case from traveling and health issues. This would have been nice for many reasons. The staff were wonderful to us. Family orientated. They made sure we had anything we needed. And anytime we needed assistance we called front desk and they were very helpful each time. They have a computer in the lobby and could be helpful but with the size of hotel they could use a couple more. Maybe, I think also as in our case it would be nice if they had arrangements to be able to rent laptops for their clients without all the hassles we had trying to rent one for a few days. And the price should be more reasonable. Other than that we made three trips to Tampa for medical purposes and by far this was the best hotel we stayed in.”

“The first night I stayed in this hotel I was awakened by two police cars interrogating two women beneath my window. There were many questionable people coming and going.”

• Close to park, easy check in and out, free internet and breakfast.
• I ask for non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking one, the hair dryer was broken, the bathroom door lock didnt work, it was kind of dirty.

• Front desk girl was extremely helpful.
• Rooms need renovation and major repairs.

“This hotel is located right off the highway which makes it east to find. It is also in an area that is considered "hazardous at night." The room we had needs extensive overhaul and updating as does most of the rest of the hotel. Mattresses were soft and needed replacement. The room was clean, just rundown.”

• The free wireless was great and the fact that they had a computer in the office to print was great.
• Pretty run down and dated.

• Was more than expected.
• Older motel that had been cleaned up, could us complete renovation.

“We just wanted a place to sleep. The rooms were re-painted and re-carpeted recently but the bathrooms need a complete overhaul. If you don't expect too much, it is a great place for what we paid.”

• Thin walls and ceiling (noisy).

“Bed comfort and noise level were typical economy hotel quality; however, the friendly staff, and lobby amenities (computer, complimentary breakfast) made the overall stay good. The entrance is very difficult driving from the east.”
