• Pool was fine, but no frig or micro in room.
• Charged for parking and $4 a bottle for water is rediculous.

“This is an over rated hotel in that it does not provide basic amenities like frig and micro.”

• Convenient location; no hassle check in.
• Looked worn down, hallways were shabby, rooms very small and other than bedding, rooms seemed dated.

“Overpriced for what you get compared to today's version of 3.5 star rated hotels. Also, for a Hyatt, seemed on the very low end of what Hyatt's usually offer in the way of ambiance, and luxury.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Ac barely cooled, smelled like cig smoke, unfriendly staff, no parking, small bathroom,

“Unfriendly staff, everyone had their hand out for a tip that they did not deserve! No parking, dirty pool, small bathrooms with no vents for steam, toilet is very noisy, ac barely cools, room and halls smell like cig smoke & I bought a smoke free room. It took 45 minutes to get a bell boy to get my bags to leave. Old style TV, no internet in the room provided. Cheap shower head for a cheap shower! Very disappointing stay!”

• The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

“Overall the stay was good. The only thing that they should tell people that if you want to park yourself it will cost you $14/day. Valet is 18/day but I didn't know until I got there.”

• Its location was nice and so was the roof top pool.
• getting suckered into paying 20 bucks a night to park. wasn't factored into hotel price.

“Overall a nice hotel, however the parking ticked me off. 20 bucks to park overnight. I can see why I got this hotel for 79 dollars for one night. That really makes this hotel a 100 night hotel. I wouldn't have paid that for sure. It was a clean hotel with nice amenities, but I'm still amazed how hotels like this still charge for internet access. I can stay at a low end hotel and I'll get that free every time with a free breakfast. Again, this was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth the money through priceline and clearly not through their normal rates(140/night + parking + internet=170/night).”

“On checkout, another family was waiting for their vehicle for about 20 minutes. 2 families were not told that the the vehicles were at some other place besides where it was dropped off. Service desk should have informed us instead of wasting our time waiting.”

• The car valet parking people were very professional and courteous, especially their manager.
• One young man bar attendant ignored one evening when I was there and I just left but the older bar attendant men were always friendly & professional.

“The hotel in general was very pretty and exotic as most Hyatt Regency Hotels in big cities downtowns. Amenities were very good, hotel room were cleaned daily but the cleaners however seems to be disturbing or harassing guests to clean the rooms. The Cleaners just keep on knocking doors and shooting house cleaning even if you hadn't disturbed stick on your door. I found out they were just trying to make sure they did their cleaning but not per say to disturb, but if you were first timer guest you might consider it a disturbance. I have been in the hotel for a full week and so I knew it was not bad intention but must however be addressed because most of them could not read the English sign of not disturbed on the door. Generally, I liked, enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.”

• This place was a dump and the staff was rude and unhelpful.

“I can not believe this was a Hyatt Regency. I always believed that signified quality, if not luxury. We had 3 rooms for our party. One was infested with biting bugs fleas or bedbugs, not sure which, but we left covered in bites. Another was so full of mold it set off my kids' allergies. And when I went to advise the staff of the problems with our rooms, they acknowledged that they were already aware of the problems yet they assigned us the rooms anyway. I have never gotten such poor quality from any hotel in my life. I will absolutely never stay in this place again and will warn any traveler to do likewise. Hyatt should be ashamed of themselves!”
