• Great location, clean, friendly and comfortable.
• We had double beds. They were small.

“Located in the heart of the business section, near Tampa General Hospital and not too far from the airport. Service was very good and employees were friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was average.”

• Nice staff.
• Old, Old , worn outdated fruniture, Not a beach hotel, zero frills, basic.

“This hotel and the description are totally misleading. It is far from the beach(beach access only, no views). Old furnsishings very uncomfortable, dated worn out. Basic accomodations at best. Your friends wouldn't be happy.”

• The staff was extremely friendly.

“We have never experienced such friendliness by a hotel staff. We had to wait for the valet to bring our car because everyone seemed to be leaving at the same time. One of the staff member
walked us over to the lobby coffee shop and bought us a coffee.”

• The location was great.
• Not really a 3.5 start hotel.

“The hotel was more a 3 star quality though the name indicated it was 3.5 stars. The room was adequate along with the bathroom, but not luxury by any means. The volume on the TV didn't work very well, but was a good value for the Priceline dollar. I found the parking fees to be extremely high for the room price paid.”

• Convenient to cruise port and beautifully updated. Most helpful staff ever encountered!
• Only drawback - very few restaurants nearby on weekend.

• The room and service was excellent.
• The extra charge for parking.

“For the price we paid it was excellent value other than the extra charges for parking and using in room internet. Staff was excellent and very friendly.”

• Pool was fine, but no frig or micro in room.
• Charged for parking and $4 a bottle for water is rediculous.

• Convenient location; no hassle check in.
• Looked worn down, hallways were shabby, rooms very small and other than bedding, rooms seemed dated.

“Overpriced for what you get compared to today's version of 3.5 star rated hotels. Also, for a Hyatt, seemed on the very low end of what Hyatt's usually offer in the way of ambiance, and luxury.”

• Ac barely cooled, smelled like cig smoke, unfriendly staff, no parking, small bathroom,

“Unfriendly staff, everyone had their hand out for a tip that they did not deserve! No parking, dirty pool, small bathrooms with no vents for steam, toilet is very noisy, ac barely cools, room and halls smell like cig smoke & I bought a smoke free room. It took 45 minutes to get a bell boy to get my bags to leave. Old style TV, no internet in the room provided. Cheap shower head for a cheap shower! Very disappointing stay!”

“Overall the stay was good. The only thing that they should tell people that if you want to park yourself it will cost you $14/day. Valet is 18/day but I didn't know until I got there.”

• The hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly.
• I didn't like that you have to pay for high speed internet in the rooms.

• Its location was nice and so was the roof top pool.
• getting suckered into paying 20 bucks a night to park. wasn't factored into hotel price.

“Overall a nice hotel, however the parking ticked me off. 20 bucks to park overnight. I can see why I got this hotel for 79 dollars for one night. That really makes this hotel a 100 night hotel. I wouldn't have paid that for sure. It was a clean hotel with nice amenities, but I'm still amazed how hotels like this still charge for internet access. I can stay at a low end hotel and I'll get that free every time with a free breakfast. Again, this was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth the money through priceline and clearly not through their normal rates(140/night + parking + internet=170/night).”
