• The hotel was very convenient for us. Wasn't very far from the venue.
• Room had a stale musky odor when we arrived.

“The hotel was OK being that we only spent one night there. It had bed to sleep in although it wasn't very comfortable was rather on the hard side. The room did seem clean when we arrived. But it did have a bit of an musky odor to it. And the room did seem outdated. Could use some redecorating. But even considering that I would stay there again. After all the room was cheap and looked clean.”

• It is a great hotel, close to the airport, and has the most helpful front desk staff.
• Clean but not fancy. Parking was an issue when the hotel was full.

“The rooms are sound proof and we did not hear any noises from outside or adjoining rooms. The morning continental breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a lot of choices to include waffles. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave.”

• The one young lady who assisted us was super friendly, courteous and helpful!
• We switched to a smoking room. Smelled awful!

“The rooms were very small. Furnishings space. The room we finally did get, a smoking room, smelled simply awful. Lysol did nothing to cover the foul 'bottom of a dirty ashtray' smell from the room. Everything stank. We did not have a DID sign so housekeeping woke us up early in the morning! That was annoying.”

• Easy access to main roads, great staff.
• Breakfast was a little boring.

• In walking distance to Bonefish and Fresh Market.
• Dale Mabry is a very busy road. It can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot during high traffic times.

“The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located to downtown. The continental breakfast was satisfying and the overall price of the room was affordable! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a less expensive but clean hotel.”

• Front desk personnel were pleasant.
• Plumbing was bad.

“Appearance of the hotel is satisfactory. Took 4 flushes to flush toilet. Shower water was lukewarm. Sometimes sink water temp. Could not be adjusted (either ran cold or warm. Pipe under sink leaked. It had a rag stuffed against it to stop leak.”

• Very quiet.
• AC did not have automatic temperature setting.

“All in all, stay was what one would expect for it's star rating. Check-in was fast. Elevator was a little slow, but only 5 floors so can't really complain. The room was nice and cozy, but AC only had manual settings. Had to get up a couple of times in the night to adjust the temp.”
