• Surrounding area was nice.
• Heard neighbors noises through wall.

“Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Took Super shuttle from airport-5-10 miles away. Rooms are average, somewhat out of date. Microwaves, mini-fridges, hairdryers. Morning breakfast is nice.”

• It was ok.
• Hard beds.

“It was a decent stay, but the walls were very thin so I kept getting woke up by people yelling at night. The breakfast was not the greatest either.”

• Easy access to much of Tampa.
• Not enough parking!

“Comfortable beds (2 of them, we would have preferred one King or Queen), helpful/friendly staff, easy access to much of Tampa, fridge and microwave in rooms. Located on a very busy roadway and there was not enough parking. Just a few TV channels. We ended up in an overflow lot street-side which was most uncomfortable in a strange city, but fortunately all worked well. ”

• Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Not in the best part of town, but acceptable.

“The hotel room was acceptable and convenient which is what I paid for. The staff was excellent and that made my stay very nice.”

• good room and clean hotel
• not located near "airport"

“This hotel was a $25.00 cab ride from the airport. When making the reservations I requested a hotel near the airport. Traveling at 2am w/ 3 small children, I really wanted to be closer to the airport. The hotel was clean and served the purpose of somewhere to sleep. ”

• Noisy

“I asked for a cab to the airport at 5:30 and a wakeup call at 5:00. The cab came at 5 and I got the wakeup call at 5:06!”

• I was charged $22.00 upon cheking in

“Not friendly staff. I cheked in at arround 11:40pm with my wife and my 2 year old baby. I was told that they donot have a non-smoking room and finally after a long discusion and begging, a room became available but with another $22.00 charge which I paid using my credit card.”

“The hotel was below standards. I've stayed at 1 stars in the past and were much better than this one. This Howard Johnson was not a hotel but a lower class motel.”
