• Very clean.
• The smell of smoke was a little nasty and affected my sinuses keeping me up all night.

“Other that the above complaint, the hotel was excellent. I was quite annoyed when I found out that I could have called the hotel direct and got the same room for 96.00. I found this out by overhearing the clerk with other customers.”

• The setting on the Manatee River was very soothing.
• Can't think of a negative. Rooms could have been bigger.

“Great spot for the view. It was set off the main drag and was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I could see it as a great type of stay for the business traveler as well.”

• Easy access to and from interstate.
• I wasn't happy that my suite looked over the parking lot instead of the river like what was stated.
