• Hotel staff was amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate us.
• Restaurant staff was unfriendly and careless about the service. We probably will not go back.

“Bill, the GM, was really great. Always o. The grounds looking to help where he could. The rooms where a little dated but clean and comfortable. With a little updating, I expect this hotel and it's staff to soar to great things.”

• I liked the computers with internet access in the lobby.
• No fridge and/or microwave.

“Very clean room. Nice, relatively large pool. Convenient location, also 2 restaurants in lobby. Free local calls (under 30 minutes), free newspaper, and free parking - thank you! Walls are somewhat thin.”

• Location and extra soaps and shampoos.
• Elevator was broke, had to use a different one down the hall.

“I liked the hotel and it was convenient to surrounding restaurants and other attractions.”

• Rooms were clean and convenient to airport.
• Could not sleep, beds were like rocks.

• Nothing!
• I didn't like the room, the staff, the beds, the amenities.

“Horrible. Its old, ugly and run down. The renovations they claimed they did are just noticeable in the reception area. The room are penetrated with smoke smell and the beds are uncomfortable. The room was super hot and the A.C. did not work. It was a horrible experience!”

• When asked about breakfast answer was unclear.

“We were told there were vouchers for breakfast. It was not clear. We were unable to finish order.”

• Location.
• Front desk attitude.

“Requested a room on the back side, away from traffic and to watch the planes, repeatedly, and the check in dude insisted that I stay on the front. Rooms were available on the backside.”

• The staff.
• Very loud! Beds uncomfortable.

“Probably the worst hotel that I have stayed at. It is definitely a party hotel for the locals. Did not get much sleep. The bed had a sag in the middle that when I layer in it and covered up you couldn't tell anyone was there! Very uncomfortable. The hotel definitely needs a makeover.”

• Large rooms.
• They didn't really use the internal courtyard. Also, the wireless internet was not reliable.

“I was there for business and pleasure. The wireless internet was not reliable, which made it a pain for me to have to go to Kinkos and pay for internet access. The layout is more like a motel instead of a hotel. The only window opened to the hallway, so we always had to have our drapes closed for privacy, and to help reduce noise from the hallways.”
