• That it had a patio in each room to sit outside.
• Would like more room space.

• The room was not temperature controlled upon entry.

“Great location, great staff however be wary that to conserve energy maybe, the rooms were not left with the air conditioning running at a tolerant temp. In fact it wasnt running at all!”

“This motel was in disrepair both inside and out. The room was filthy, had cigarette burns on the bed sheets, the toilette cover was askew, and the room smelled foul. As a frequent and experienced traveler, I have never experienced such a deplorable establishment.”

• Checking out.
• It was old, run down and the TV didn't work correctly and the refrigerator froze all of our food.

“Not a pleasant experience at all.”

• Good location.
• At 10pm on x-mass night I got prank phone calls saying they wanted to kill me and no one did anything about it. I was very upset it ruined my stay.

“The hotel is in a great location and is well priced. I stayed during the holiday season. I got a prank call on Christmas night from someone (later to find out it was a guest staying in the hotel) stating he knew where I was staying and he was going to come and kill me. It ruined my Christmas. My boyfriend and I check out of our room ASAP and then called the office once we were at a family members house. The night manager named Kim said there was nothing she could do for us. I requested to be refunded only for that night and none of the other nights. I then called the corporate number. I will never stay there again.”

• Hotel room was clean.
• Not in a good neighborhood, hallways were over 100 degrees during the day.

“I felt that the room was clean and had everything I needed. The lobby was small but had most things I needed. Neighborhood did not appear to be safe. Other people in the hotel gave us a feeling that we were not safe. Thou we had no problems with these people nor was our car damaged during our stay. It just was a uneasy feeling.”

• Good location, clean rooms, very high speed Internet ¿ wired.
• Outside entrance doors did not lock- hot water fluctuated WILDLY

“Good location, nice pool, clean, spacious rooms. Hot water fluctuated radically from extreme hot to extreme cold. Seemed to happen when they were cleaning other rooms, otherwise OK. Staff was very friendly.”

• Their breakfast was good and the donuts were fresh.
• Since it is an older motel, it was very noisy.

“The reason we stayed there was because it was close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital in which a family member had surgery. I felt that the price was too high but I realize that it is the busy season in that area. ”

• I would not stay at this hotel ever again.
• The hotel was falling apart and the rooms should not rented. It smelled mildew.

“The bathroom door did not fit the door jam, the curtains did not close, the safe would not work.”
