• Breakfast Buffet - very good.
• Rooms did not look like those shown on website.

• For the price and star level I would recommend this hotel.
• It list mini fridge in room, there was not one.

“Other than not having a fridge and the bathroom looked like it could use a little upgrade (but it wasn't bad) there isn't anything bad I can say.”

• Friendly, efficient desk staff. Nice lobby atmosphere.
• Traffic flow in breakfast room left something to be desired. Plastic utensils were unequal to the task for breakfast.

• Location was great, cleanliness; the people at the front counter were great until there was a problem.
• Lack of water and lack of customer service skills once that occurred.

“The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water. I asked the front desk person for options such as being able to go to one of their other facilities to shower or a discount on the room. He just looked at me like I was nuts that I was asking for options. I would not go back to a Days Inn. I understand problems arise but they need to be able to manage the problems.”

• Convenient location, friendly & good breakfast.
• Tell them to check their brochures. No ice machine on 2nd floor as stated.

• Convenient to the mall where I was working.
• Vastly overpriced for what you got; shower didn't work.

“This is a standard low/medium budget hotel in an area where prices are ridiculously high. Nothing really bad other than water in the shower which went from ice cold to scalding hot without touching the dials. As good as any other choice in an area where prices are inflated.”

• Good location. Close to everything.
• Room did not have a refrigerator. We had to buy a cooler and keep ice in it.

“The room was very nice and clean and roomy. The only fault was that we did not have a refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks in. The room had everything else. I was pleased and I would come back again.”

• The location was the only really good quality of this hotel.
• No snack machines, the breakfast was horrible, the bed was uncomfortable. For $50 more we could have stayed somewhere ten times as nice.

“Overall it was an unknowable stay. The door locks were not functioning right and we had to call for maintenance before we could even enter the room. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom smelled like urine. The water pressure was horrible, while I was taking a shower the water would cut in and out and would not stay warm. The breakfast included such items as pastries, eggs, biscuits and CLAM CHOWDER..
