“Very clean hotel with a good location for visiting the Biltmore. Our room looked almost new as the hotel has been recently renovated. Very nice free breakfast also a bonus. I had only one complaint for the four night we were there. The hotel has tons of advertising for the Biltmore. Even the room keys had a photo of the Biltmore saying to buy your discount tickets from the hotel. We go to front desk at 8 o'clock in the morning to buy tickets and the front desk manager stated very non chantilly.”

“The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water. I asked the front desk person for options such as being able to go to one of their other facilities to shower or a discount on the room. He just looked at me like I was nuts that I was asking for options. I would not go back to a Days Inn. I understand problems arise but they need to be able to manage the problems.”

“This is a standard low/medium budget hotel in an area where prices are ridiculously high. Nothing really bad other than water in the shower which went from ice cold to scalding hot without touching the dials. As good as any other choice in an area where prices are inflated.”

“The room was very nice and clean and roomy. The only fault was that we did not have a refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks in. The room had everything else. I was pleased and I would come back again.”
