• Bed pillows
• Ice machine didn't work on my floor.

“Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. All 4 pillows on the bed were very soft.”

• Clean and quiet,
  had microwave and fridge.
• Phone didn't work, some wall paper were peeling out.

“This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice, although they need to offer ceramic coffee cups. Styrofoam doesn't microwave well. The fireplace downstairs was a nice meeting place.”

• The fact that I cannot stay there more often.

“It was very nice. The staff was very friendly/helpful. The rooms were clean/well decorated and the food at the free breakfast bar was excellent. The location was nice and convenient. It was very well landscaped and maintained.”

• Clean, affordable and convenient.
• Microwave didn't work properly in breakfast nook and egg packet was not frozen.

“I would stay here again. The hotel is clean and I felt safe. The staff was responsive and noise level was not high.”

• Room was great, very comfortable and well stock/decorated.
• Cannot think of anything.

“It was a great hotel room. Pretty good location. I completely enjoyed my stay and slept well. Accommodations were great with all the necessary amenities.”

• No fan in bathroom - took forever for mirror to clear after showers.

• This hotel far exceeded our expectations with it's service and staff!
• It was a little distant from downtown, but still reasonably close.

“This hotel far exceeded our expectations with it's service and staff! The level of service was incredible from the staff and they were always ready and willing to accommodate us. This hotel is perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, business travelers coming in from the airport, or families on vacation. The surrounding Blue Ridge mountains only add to the hotels amenities.”
