“Just a block or two N. of Rt.40, on Hendersonville Road in the Biltmore Village area, and close to the hospital which I was visiting. Clean, newly updated, and included breakfast and newspaper, a computer for personal use when needed. Lovely inside pool. Clean rooms, bath, and a new large TV. Nice friendly staff.”

“If you are looking for a great place to stay that is clean, quiet, and has great staff, then this hotel is right for you. Located less then a half mile from the entrance to Biltmore Estates, you can easily get ready and just go in short distance. The continental breakfast was fantastic!! Hot, fresh, and fully stocked at all times so there is no waiting for more food if of were to run low.”

“I fell because of construction in hallway. Hallway had vinyl in short pieces about 4 feet. Long butted up one after other with no tape and cause tripping hazard for all in hotel. There were no accident reports so I had to just write down what had happened. No compensation or apology. I am very hurt and sore from fall with my back, arm and leg. Still swelling so cannot tell extent of injuries. Rooms were not up to date at all and very uncomfortable double beds. I was charged for long distance calls I did not make. I did try to call front desk but phone system was very messed up so hence the charges. Almost $9 charges for phone calls not made. They did take $10 off rooms because of remodeling mess which we knew nothing about and rooms were not up to Baymont's other standards in other states. One would be better in ones car. Poor management and poor construction mess. I took pictures after I fell because of their poor attitude and management. I feel Baymont home offices would not like this one bit. I have always given hotels wonderful ratings where we stay and this is the only one that has ever required a poor rating. Buyer beware if looking at this one.”

“This was very close to Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village, and nice restaurants. Rooms were not nicely decorated or furnished, furniture was broken, wall paper peeling off of walls, etc.”

“This was the first small trip my wife and I took with our 10 month old daughter. We were going to Biltmore Estate, and convenience was a big factor traveling with an infant. The Baymont was not even a mile from the entrance. The staff was really nice and attentive. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good, but the seating was limited. The bed was even comfortable. They also have a nice indoor pool and whirlpool. If my wife and I were alone, we could have easily walked to Biltmore Village from the hotel where there are several shops and restaurants. When we go back to Asheville, we will definitely consider staying at the Baymont again.”
