• Hotel was tastefully re-decorated. Full kitchen was great! Very Clean & staff was a #10!
• Had to ask for missing kitchen items & other items missing.

“Just a few minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport. No problem with noise from planes. Safe area. Very clean & newly re-decorated. Full kitchen! Hotel staff was the best! Exercise room.”

• The price!
• Room servant failed to clean the room and provide towels daily!

• Convenient, clean, spacious. Had a kitchen and was laid out nicely.
• The breakfast was skimpy, not much to it.

“I liked the hotel for what I needed it for. By that I mean being close to my destination, and be clean and spacious. I would stay there again for sure.”

• Pool and exercise useless/ very difficult location.

“A Superior hotel well above 2 star level. Very comfortable and pleasant. Only minus is a difficult to access location. Still Tampa was not hard to get to.”

• Close to airport which is what I needed - free shuttle too, very friendly staff.
• Very hard pillows.

• Very comfortable stay, the kitchenette was very useful esp. for late night travelers.
• Nothing.

“The hotel staff member at the reception was very friendly; she also gave us information about the city and helped us to plan our visit to the local aquarium. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.”

• Nothing. It was very dirty including the rooms. We had to change rooms 2 times.
• Nothing at all.

“This hotel was very dirty. When we arrived & checked into the room, the room was not even made nor clean. So they give us another room when we went to that room there were neither sheets nor pillows on the beds. So they moved us again. By this time we were upset (mind you we had booked 3 rooms) and all 3 rooms the guests had to change rooms at least once. We finally received a room that was clean but had a bad smell to it. We couldn't wait to get out of this hotel. We checked out the next day.”

• Lighting was not strong enough.

• Very friendly and helpful staff; spacious rooms.
• The first room we were assigned to smell like dead fish the staff quickly gave us another room and were very apologetic.
