The Residence Inn Sarasota Bradenton is located less than one mile from the Sarasota Kennel Club and Ringling Museum. Downtown Sarasota and the bayfront are four miles south of the hotel.

Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living area with dining counter and sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and sofa bed. Some two bedroom suites have a fireplace in the living room and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Studios and one bedrooms suites have a cooktop stove; two bedroom suites have a cooktop stove and oven. Front desk person was extremely helpful with local information.
Bed was way too soft. Room needed updated, Carpet worn.

“Although our stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and Tom at the front desk was very helpful, it is no where near a three star rating.”

Free internet access in the room.
Free breakfast but high on carbohydrates. But I had a kitchen so I made my own breakfast.

“Very good hotel - more like a one - bedroom apartment that a hotel room. Comfortable bed - shower in bathtub. Adequate kitchen facilities with dishwasher - laundry facilities on same floor. In general a very pleasant stay - relaxed and friendly. I would recommend it to a friend!”

Very friendly front desk staff. Breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Beds very comfortable.
Bathrooms need a little updating.

“Residence Inn was easy to find. Although very close to airport, we were not bothered by any noise. Close proximity to many restaurants and shopping, and not too far from the beaches. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and most importantly, although the hotel was very busy, they did not run out of any breakfast items.”

I liked that it had a full kitchen and that it was comfortable.
It needs to be updated.

“I liked staying at the hotel because it is comfortable and it had a full kitchen. Although I didn't cook in the room, I like the fact that I had a refrigerator (unlike some of the other places that I have stayed in Sarasota). I would recommend this hotel.”

Great breakfasts and the themed evening receptions were terrific.
Nothing. Enjoyable stay both times I've stayed there.

“If you're a business traveler, this is a very nice place. Wireless and hard wired internet access. Evening themed receptions were nice and would offer a bounty of food for things like American Idol or the something on TV that night. They would also have a great breakfast that was staffed so the food would be hot and fresh. If you're a family staying there. I can see how it would be a very nice place to stay. Not too far from the beaches, and good accommodations.”

Comfy bed. Large room.
I have no complaints at all.

“Huge room with a full kitchen and really comfy queen size bed. Everything was nice and clean. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.”
