• Pool area.
• Food at restaurant, no free wireless, cant get coffee until 6:30 AM.

“Pool area is very nice. Lobby is loud. Restaurant is average food at best, but prices are high. I did not like that they did not offer free wireless. Had to wait until 6:30 AM to get coffee from restaurant.”

• Very clean, nice looking, staff was friendly and accommodation.
• Pool closed too early.

“I was very pleased for the price. We were given an upgrade to balcony with out even asking. The hotel was extremely neat and clean. All staff was professional, plenty of convenient free parking. The only thing I did not care for was that the pool closed at dusk and security would not even let us sit out site after 10 pm. I thought the food prices were high, but we did not eat there.”

• The hotel was conveniently located to everything in Sarasota.
• The restaurant seemed a little pricy.

• The waterfront view was very nice. The waterfall at the pool made for a pleasant background noise.
• The color scheme was way to 60's.

“Very pleasant experience. We were evacuated because of an impending tropical storm. The check-in was very smooth and took very little time.”

• I liked the balcony, pillows, and work out facility.
• Limited staff and bath fixtures were dusty.

“Great location (5 minutes from Armans Circle). Nice amenities. I would have enjoyed the pool but was a rainy night.”

• Lovely view of the marina and the gulf from our bedroom.
• One restaurant was closed - presumably because it was "low season."

“Beautiful hotel overlooking marina and the bay. In some respects it was centrally located, though not near other restaurants. Lovely pool, though you'll need to drive to the beach.”

• I hate it when hotels charge extra for Internet. This time, it caused me to miss some important email communications.

• The view from the room was spectacular.
• Unsightly ring in toilet, charge for internet access.

“The room had a spectacular view, but everything else about it was average. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, and toilet looked dirty. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge and free internet access.”

• We had a nice view of the gulf. Very romantic sitting are overlooking the bay. Beautiful at night with boats passing.
• It was not on nor was it too close to the beach.

“Recent stay July 03, 2008. It was our 9yrs wedding anniversary. I surprised my hubby with dinner and the hotel. We live 40 minutes away, but really needed the time away from our 3 and 4 year old kids. We both thought that the hotel was upscale, enjoyed the service and enjoyed our stay. I would have stayed there a couple more days. So romantic and relaxing. I was hoping for free breakfast, but I guess with the restaurant.”

• Marina location, beautiful waterfall pool with bar setup, room very clean and hotel very clean.
• Nothing at all.

“This was a very good experience through out the whole weekend. Very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and polite. It met every need of ours. Very pleased with everything. We will stay here again in the future.”

• The hotel was modern, friendly, and clean.
• Shower head had very little pressure.
