• It's close by the beaches (about a 10 minute drive).

“I ended up staying here because it was one of the cheapest places I could find in Sarasota that claimed to have free high speed internet. Not only did they not have high speed internet, but the room was not very clean and the guy at the desk tried to tell me I had to pay more money if another person spent the night. The water ran next to us all night and the workers must have come the next morning because instead of sleeping in, we were awakened by sawing noises next store at 8:30 in the morning. The TV is about 19 inches and old, there were hairs in the bathroom. Don't bring the kids unless hanging out in a 1960s style concrete pool that was about 25 feet by ten sounds like fun.”

• Situated on major strip; near popular attractions; good housekeeping service.
• Room was really old; furniture was very old. Unattractive and unappealing room; no hbo or other premium movie channels.

“The only saving grace for me was that I attended a workshop from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Every day I was there, so the hotel served its function as a place to rest my head. If I were on vacation and stayed at this hotel, I would have moved and paid a higher rate at another location. This is just a one-night hotel. As I said some place to rest up and get back on the road.”
