• Close to entertainment.
• Towels were old and TV needs to be updated.

“Overall it satisfied my expectations. There were a few housekeeping items that could be updated, such as, bed spreads, television, towels and soaps. The pillows were fantastic and plenty of them. I would rank my nights sleep as an eight and would stay again.”

• The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Someone was or had been smoking in the lobby - the smoky smell pervaded the room.

“Good place to stop overnight just to sleep and shower for the price.”

• Convenient location; close to restaurants, freeway, SeaWorld.
• Hotel refused to upgrade to a better room with Jacuzzi tub.

• The pool and the convenience of the boat dock and river in the back of the hotel.
• The check out time was early.

“I was pleasantly surprised with the river and boat docks out back. I did not have time to use it but the pool looked great. The rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very accommodating.”

• Cleanliness and easy access.
• We had problems with our key card due to the lock battery not working.

“Good location, friendly people, and best of all clean with a great working air conditioner. Needs more parking spaces for the guest's staying in the back part of the hotel.”
