  • Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
  • Bad plumbing, weird electrical, no Wi-Fi.

“Cedar point was the attraction to this motel. The hotel was tired and attentions to detail like water pressure, lights being plugged in, no Wi-Fi made this motel a definite no go in the future.”

  • TJ was awesome. A friendly voice & very hospitable.
  • The outside appearance does not do this hotel justice.

“We called for late check in. TJ was great and reassuring that they were ready for us when we did arrive. Told us the hot tub was waiting as well as the pool whenever we did arrive. It was a great friendly voice.”

  • I liked the swimming pool.
  • I disliked the Caucasian, male housekeeper, with long hair. He was very rude.

“My family and I really had a good time there. The children wanted to stay in the hotel swimming pool instead of going to the watermark. The staff was friendly, with the exception of one male housekeeper. We really had a good time with the bartenders at the hotel lounge. They were professional, but down to earth. I didn't want to leave!”

  • Nothing.
  • Carpeting was rotten, buffet was cold & stale.

“Price was OK. Hotel was expected poor quality for high volume tacky tourist area.”

  • The price was very good, and it had an indoor pool.
  • We did not like the 2am fire drill, the overly hot hallways and pool/hot tub temp.

“The price and location were good, but there was a 2am fire drill during which no hotel staff were present to explain. The equipment in the workout room was broken, there was no tea at the breakfast bar, and the hallways and atrium were very hot. The hotel pool was indoors and too warm, and the hot tub was scalding. The staff were very young and indifferent to our needs.”

  • Clean room, good continental breakfast, and good proximity to Cedar Point.
  • The pillows could use an update. Consider bringing your own pillow.

“It was a nice hotel with an indoor pool and some other family friendly indoor amenities like arcade games. The pillows weren't great as previously mentioned but the room served its purpose quite well. There was a good selection of cable channels. The room was cleaned very well and we didn't even realize that we had been given a smoking room instead of the non-smoking we had requested until we were leaving. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental and even included French toast and eggs in addition to the typical fare. Good proximity to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly Cedar Point.”
