Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[8] • Location:[7]

  • The friendly staff coupled with the convenient location created a good experience.
  • The police searching the forest in the back.

“The Days Inn is your average hotel with an above average, friendly staff. With a relatively close location to Cedar Point (not close enough to walk but only a five minutes drive) it provides a great addition to a decently priced vacation.”

“Good location for shoppers and the younger crowd.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[10]

  • Absolutely nothing.
  • Absolutely everything including parking.

“I would never stay here again. The doors to the room have to slam shut or you can push them open, there is an odor that gives you headaches, as well as, makes you sick. There is trash all over outside and the pool is nasty. I am on my honeymoon and my wife and I found a crusty cum filled napkin on the floor next to our bed. I would not send my worst enemy here. If you bring your kids here they will be miserable. If you are planning on staying here make sure you do not put anything that you want to keep on the counters, we had our 90 dollar contact thrown away. The front desk just said sorry. Good luck everyone.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • Room was clean.
  • Pool needed cleaning.

“I felt safe upon entering the hotel as well as in the room. The breakfast consisted of things I would normally grab on the go at home; fruit, coffee, Danishes, breakfast bars, which was fine. I wasn't looking for the Taj Mahal I just needed a clean & safe place to crash after a long day at Cedar Point.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • The location was great. Very convenient. The people were friendly.
  • The smell was terrible. It wasn't that clean.

“This hotel has a convenient location. However, after we checked in, I went immediately to Wal-Mart and bought cleanser to clean the tub, and an air freshener. The kids said the room smelled like there was a dead fish in the A/C unit. That was a bit of an exaggeration. We got extra towels when we asked and the staff was nice, but I had to find a maid so we could get a top sheet on one of the beds, 2 nights in a row. Fortunately, we spent little time in the room. I recommend Weenie Hut, a fun hotdog restaurant that shares the parking lot. You can get great dressed hotdogs there, and you get your money's worth. I wish I could have said the same about the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[4]

  • Absolutely nothing.
  • Filthy dirty, TV and bath were outlets shorted out, sparsely furnished room.

“The first good thing I can say is when the bath outlet (not GFCI) shorted out and the TV stopped working and started smoking, the staff came right away. The second good thing was leaving.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • I liked the staff, they were very friendly and I liked the location as it is near many restaurants and stores.
  • I did not like the smell of the hotel or the fact that the room was not cleaned properly.

“The hotel has potential, however, the vending machine was a disappointment as I lost money and the hotel refused to refund it. The smell of the hotel was bad. My room was not completely clean as I found left over water bottles from previous guests, my sheets were upside down and the shower curtain was backwards. My room was not cleaned nor was the beds made during the second day of my stay. The staff was friendly and the location was great.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • Arcade games, quick and helpful service.
  • Unclean sheets and not vacuumed carpet.

“You get what you pay for with this hotel. The sheets were dirty and covered in small hairs and the floor was not vacuumed. The staff was quick to give us new sheets however and fix the air conditioner when it broke.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the room was ready when we arrived.
  • This did not have a dining area and the area where the snack machines were located was not kept.

“My overall experience was positive. They did not have a dining area but there were many fast food and restaurants close by. My room was ready when I arrived, the room was clean, and the staff friendly.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Relatively close to Cedar Point amusement park as well as many surrounding restaurants and attractions. The wireless internet was nice.
  • Hallways very dismal due to poor lighting and the pool were not open, despite the vibrant picture online.

“I arranged this hotel for a group of friends who all were going to Cedar Point. The location for the excursion was good, but I was disappointed in the hotel's details such as dismal hallway lighting, a closed pool, and lack luster phone service in the room. The staff was average; not really bad but not stellar.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[7] • Location:[10]

  • I like the location.
  • It wasnt clean enough.

“The location was good. My kids wanted to go swimming in the pool but I would not let them because it was gross. Besides that the room was that clean. The location was the best thing about the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • I liked the location of the hotel.
  • This hotel makes money. Could they afford new rugs, check for beds that are broken and clean the pool?

“I did not expect luxury from this hotel but I did expect it to be clean. From the moment we walked into the hotel and then the room is had an odor. The rugs look like they have never seen a steam cleaner. The pool looked awful, not sure anyone is responsible for it. I reluctantly let my kids go in only because people swim in lakes and survive. I know this hotel does a lot of business from Cedar Point, I think they could afford some upkeep. I am sure they would get a lot more business. Steam cleaning the rugs would improve the situation quite a bit.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[10]

  • Great location, no creepy crawlers.
  • Room looked unfinished, paint on carpet.

“Great hotel for the price. Right across from a mall, Quiznos in the parking lot, no bugs or mice, clean enough for a quick stay. Was on 1st floor, carpet seemed damp, kind of moldy smelling, beds are only full size. Overall, I would stay here again, surprisingly clean for the price.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I complained about the cleanliness of the room. Giving us another room.
  • Rooms were drab, poorly decorated, and really needing a fresh coat of paint.

“Good hotel in terms of staff and location but poor in terms of presentation and quality of the continental breakfast (did not provide milk but only dry creamer). Would only recommend it as a last resort. Wish I had gone elsewhere.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • The stay was quite, located near Cedar Point, and no bugs.
  • Could use a complete renovation (Gut and start over).

“Hotel was ok for a couple of nights. But would not want extended stay.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • It was very close to restaurants.
  • It looked like the cheapest hotel in town.

“Overall, the hotel was okay. We had a suite with a king size bed and a one-person whirlpool hot tub. This tub was in the bathroom, but the bathroom was not fully enclosed. I guess this is to cater to honeymooners. My spouse and I have been married 5 years, but there are still some things we like to do privately, in rooms with four walls (number two).”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • It was comfortable, look nice, near restaurants and stores.
  • Booked a smoking room in error, had a heavy smoke odor.

“Nice hotel, if you don't smoke make sure to ask for non smoking. Near everything we needed, including Cedar Point.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • It was close to Cedar Point.
  • It did not have a heated pool or hot tub as described.

“We were very disappointed that this hotel listed a heated pool and hot tub, which was why we choose it, but did not have either. The rooms were fine, but that is not where we wanted to spend our time. It was conveniently located near Cedar Point.”

“Took my children to Cedar Point, great location!! Staff was very friendly. Clean, pool was in good condition. I felt very safe traveling with my 2 teenagers. Only downfall really was the no Internet availability.”
