“Neighbors played loud music all night, we lost a lot of sleep that night, went to turn on lights and half of them did not work, the coffee pot did not work properly and it was dirty, lack of condiments in the room. The motel room smelled musty.”

“The hotel room was clean though there was mold on the shower ceiling. It was a no-frills hotel--it had all the necessities with no special touches. If you would like a quick, easy place to simply get some sleep, La Quinta does the trick. If you would like a little more ambience and comfort, I would try another spot.”

“This is the worst La Quinta I had ever stayed in. I hate the hotels where the rooms are on the outside of the hotel and you have to walk outside to get to them. This is the first La Quinta I had seen this way. The room was dirty, dingy, and I could hear people on both sides. The free internet access was poor at best. The breakfast was ok, a typical continental one.”

“This hotel has a very friendly front desk staff. The hotel is older and that is reflected regardless of new outside paint. Rooms were clean. Bed was like a rock. The wireless was not working and this happened last time we were given this hotel. Should be a motel.”

“The check in went very fast. I was in and out of the lobby in about 4 min and there was one person in front of me. And only one is working at the desk. Now on to the room there were old candy rappers behind the night stand and a big dead bug at the back corner of the dresser. All the way around the room were the carpet meets the wall it was very dirty. It needed to be vacuumed very badly. I told the person at the desk when I checked out. She really didn't say much. I would have thought a "sorry we will take care of it" is what I would hear from her. But nothing. It was room 204.”

“Once I arrived at the hotel and confronted the person on the desk, about my problem with the original reservation, my stay was very enjoyable. The original contact on the telephone with the desk was inexcusable. The apology from the assistant general manager on my departure as to the way that I was originally treated was very welcomed.”

“This is a no-frills, clean and relatively safe place to stay, but don't expect anything special. The pool looked inviting though we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here.”

“The pool was clean and underutilized, so on a very hot day we practically had the place to ourselves, although the parking lot was full. Nice quiet grounds. Rooms meet minimum cleanliness. Couldn't run microwave and refrigerator at same time; only one plug!”
