• All staff
  was great.
• Food at the breakfast (bagels and doughnuts) were old, coffee in lobby was not kept fresh-cold.

“Nicest staff in Florida. Nice pool and hot tub in the center of hotel. Need to improve on freshness on complimentary breakfast.”

• The hotel staff tried to be helpful in all situations.
• Roaches.

“The location was good as was the layout of the hotel. If the bug situation was corrected, and a few minor repairs made it would be a good hotel.”

• I have been surprised by how dirty and smelly is this place.

“Not fit for business travelers, not fit for family stays, all the rugs are dark with stains, from the moment you walk in the door, you realize that you have been taken for a ride, the hotel was almost empty, nobody stays here, the door locks don't work, a health hazard.”

• The hot tub was not working.

“I stay at this hotel often. I like staying because of the amenities, like the frig, microwave, coffee pot, continental breakfast and hot tub. However, I was disappointed this trip because the hot tub was not working. On a previous stay, I was told someone was coming to fix it. By the time I stayed on this trip it had not been repaired.”

• It was a dark dismal room with cracked paint and plaster and it smelled like an ashtray.
• The staff was inept and the room was shoddy and filthy.

“I was greeted in a timely manner then promptly sent to a room missing some key amenities then was redirected to a dark anode smelly room with cracked paint and plaster and a bathroom door with a handle so loose you could see through the entire door. If I had the energy to insist on a refund I would, I have no faith however that I would ever receive one.”

• Friendly staff, nice area.
• Flat, hard pillows.

“This hotel is in a nice area. The staff was friendly and the pool area was nice. I found it odd that I did not have a desk in my room, so make sure to get a room with a desk in it. Only problem we had been loud kids running around all night.”

• Clean convenient to where I had to be. priced well.
• One of the elevators wasn't working.

“The comfort inn executive center was just a short trip off 275. Centrally located reasonably priced. The room was nice sized and comfortable. It made a very pleasant short stay.”

• Hotel Staff helpful and friendly.
• Rooms below standard. Mattresses old and sagging, bathrooms stained and dirty.

“Below average for this type of hotel. Bathrooms have stained floors and bathtubs. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel undergoing remodeling and construction”

• Desk staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
• Hotel could use an upgrade - carpet, wall coverings have seen better days.

“I've stayed in worse places. Very inexpensive. Cleanliness was marginally OK, the physical property was run down and the room was very basic. There was free wireless Internet, just enough room to do work and an in room refrigerator The location was convenient enough for my Clearwater business meetings and allowed me to get in and out of Tampa easily.”
