• Breakfast was awesome!
• Hotel manager was short when he spoke. Not rude, but not friendly either.

“Breakfast was great! Met all my expectations. Close to many stores, restaurants, and entertainment.”

• The staff was helpful & competent, the beds and TV were good. The management appears to be working on improvements to an old facility.
• Walls are thin - sound comes through the walls.

“The hotel was chosen because it's near family we were visiting. The rooms were fine and everything worked, i.e., good beds, TV worked, good shower. The lobby was being upgraded, the breakfast area was clean and well cared for. The staff
was helpful, competent and attentive. Nothing fancy, but met our criteria.”

• I booked a non smoking room but was put in a smoking room - which was easily changed.

“Clean upon arrival. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast.”

• Microwave, fridge, iron, coffee pot - all of the amenities we needed.
• Got a smoking room but no ashtray there. Had to ask for one later.

“Was the right location that we needed? Close to interstate to get going again built not so close that we heard any traffic. Good night's rest. All od the staff was friendly.”

• They had a portable crib for my 14 month old available.
• Carpets in room needed to be shampooed.

“The continental breakfast was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and provided us with a pack and play for my son to sleep in while we were there, thereby saving me from having to purchase one at a store for him to sleep in. I also liked the washer and dryer availability so that I could keep up with the clothes and so that we could go home with clean clothes instead of dirty ones that I would have had to wash when I got home.”

• I slept late the first day, but then left the room, but the maid never came.

• The staff was pleasant.
• The toilet in my room did not work properly.

“This was a good basic hotel. It was supposed to have WI-FI Internet for all the rooms but the system was down when I was there. The only place it would work was in the front lobby. I only booked for 2 days and I was only there to visit family, not to vacation.”
