• They gave us a prompt refund.
• Everything.

“Do not stay at this hotel. It was noisy, room smelled badly, bathroom was small and old, floor sagged, and pool was right at the highway. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price. The best thing I can say about the RiverSide Inn is that they refunded our money promptly.”

• The staff was very nice.
• It was very basic.

“The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Overall it was okay. The "beach" is kind of a joke. There is a very small area on a not so nice river.”

• Cigarette burns on bedding, broken door jam, fluorescent lighting.

“Worst place I've ever stayed. This hotel didn't come close to other two star hotels I've stayed at. Took the cover off the bed and found 10 cigarette burns in the blanket which had just been turned so they were at the foot of the bed. The bathroom door jam was shattered and just repaired with a large piece of molding screwed on to put it back in place. Shower stall had rust stains on the shower surround. The lighting was cold fluorescent lights which made the place look like a truck stop. We arrived there too late in the evening to find another hotel so we stayed but never again.”

• It was old and needed some repairs.

“This motel was clean and affordable. It had a good location and easy access. It did, however need some repairs/fixing up, as in fixing cracks, painting, etc.”

“Old, worn sheets and blankets. holes in floor, porcelain chipped off the sinks. Heater air did not work. Not worth the $40.00.”

• Room looks dirty, black vinyl bathroom tile.

“I would take the family there and staying for business. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, even by the highway. Nice seafood restaurant across the river.”

• Pricing was great and location was convenient to everything.
• The only thing I can say is that the a/c did not work as well it could have.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. It even looked much better than some of the pricier hotels in the area. Booking online as such a low price compared to others in the area, I was worried. But once I got there and seen the other, more expensive hotels, I saw I made the right decision.”

• Room run down & smelled musty. Had to buy air freshener, checked out next day.

“First appearance is "not bad." Decided to check out next day because of smell and condition of room, clean but worn out. Front desk personnel pleasant and helpful. Moved to Travel Lodge down the road for $14.00 per night more, well worth the switch. Will never stay at Riverside Inn again and will warn others.”
