• Updated rooms.
• Parking lot a little dark.

“A great value, room was nice and clean. I will definitely return to this hotel. The view was fabulous; the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The food was good, over all we had a very nice time.”

• Available vending, out of date. Appearance of the 70`s and 80`s. You need to update interior finishes.

• Location was excellent view was nice.
• Front desk personnel was rude room was cleaned but dirty.

“The front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. A hose was left out and was attached to a picket in the ground and the cover to this was not put back on. My wife fell into the open hole and twisted her ankle. I called the front desk to inform them of the incident and they were rude and didn't care at all. All they said is "All I can do is call an ambulance for you" The could have said I am sorry for that and I will send someone to cover that hole right away. The maid service was horrendous. The beds were sloppily made and the floor in the room was filthy. It is such a shame because the hotel has such a nice view”

• The carpets were filthy and the room reeked of smoke.

“The rooms need to be updated and more attention paid to the overall cleanliness of the rooms. If they could do this, the motel would much nicer.”

• Good central location in city, nice staff.
• Room condition could use refreshing.

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Reservation process went smoothly. The waterfront room however, was rather disappointing and could use a thorough renovation. Bed was uncomfortable. Alarm clock did not work. Wall a/c unit was loud. Didn't expect much from a 2 star hotel and didn't get much (facility wise). Room staff did a professional job. Will try a different hotel next time.”

• The showerhead was nice.
• Under construction, no phone, dirty and disgusting.

“This hotel was filthy. A sign saying pardon our dust, does not excuse scum on shampoo bottles, dirty towel rods and filthy sinks. The door did not have a safety chain, nor did the room have a working phone. We were traveling at a rapid pace from airport to wake to bed to funeral, and did not have time to address the issues, but it was extremely disappointing.”

• Old linens, old towels, roach in bath tub, questionable cleanliness, outside doors to rooms, old facility.

• A dump.

“It was dirty, in bag repair paint peeling, cigarette ashes on floor in a non smoking room, room smelled, a/c was noisy, no cold water in shower, tub dirty. people smoking pot by pool, could not get a roll away bed or linens at 9:15 pm. outlets bad, cable TV cable run across room and over door. outside was dirty, landscape very poor. they should be embarrassed to even rent this room at any price”

• It was convenient. Breakfast buffet for $4.00 if checked in guest.
• Clean but worn. Needs to be spruced up.

“It is a motel. Drive-up to your room. The back of the hotel is much prettier. It is better to stay on that side. There is the water and pool and pretty lights. In the front of the hotel doesn't do the back of the hotel justice. The front looks just plain and it's on a busy street. The stay was adequate for a fair price.”

• close to community hospital
• Telephone did not work - missing shower head.

“First night, my telephone died ¿ maintenance person did come right out and fix it but after making another call, same thing happened. The next day, they moved me to another room only for me to discover that the shower head was missing and water just poured out of the pipe in the wall. The only good thing about this place was that it was close to the hospital that my mother was in.”
