• Location on the beach.
• Unhelpful staff.

“The housekeeper who robbed us only worked there for a short time, Manager told us for days she would take care of it but never did and on the day we check out told us, it was our fault that we got robbed and the hotel was not responsible for their employees. She only replaced the Nintendo DS but not the game. She admitted that other guests complain about staff and missing things in there rooms and hotel was not responsible. Will never stay there again. I'm a widow since three years and this was our first vacation ever my kids are 10, 12 and 16 and they were heartbroken.”

• Location, rooms were nice, people on the beach was nice. Pool area nice.
• Housekeeping not great had dirty classes sitting at door waiting to be replaced for days, internet was down with very little help from front desk.

“People were friendly but very limited on help. Internet was a real problem. Rooms were nice. Need to try to have something for teens to young to be in beach bar, may be the music on pool deck in the evening. Location was nice. Would stay there again if in the area.”
