• The staff was friendly and helpful with all requests made.
• The air condition unit was under the vanity.

• Good location; the manager was nice.
• The first room was not clean and there were roaches.

“It smelled really bad and there were roaches coming out from under the refrigerator and all over the walls. He apologized and told me that that particular room had not been used in a long time. He was very nice and offered me a suite and took me to look at it before I decided if I wanted to stay in it or not. It was clean and there weren't any roaches. It was late and I had my two small children with me so I did stay it that room.”

• Mold in the room and shower.

“I would not recommend this hotel for any traveling. I was sick from the mold the entire trip. Asked for a non smoking room and someone had smoked before we arrived.”

• Location was close to ball fields, short drive to beaches.
• Security latch on door was falling off; the breakfast area in the lobby was beyond tiny.

“The pool looked nice, but with the beaches who cares. The price was nice and location suited our needs. Other than the door latch, no real complaint, but nothing great to write home about. Hotel itself offered little.”

• Had the pool area to us every night.
• Desk staff very unknowledgeable of area and transportation.

“Staff was not helpful. Could not provide directions and had no knowledge of local attractions. Breakfast bar was not re-filled all morning unless prompted. Overall unfriendly staff.”

• Not much.
• Older motel, the tile floor made the rooms looks and feels old! The rooms need allot of updating.

“As I stated above, the motel needs major updates and I would not recommend this motel to others it was just ok, I f I didnt pre-pay the room I would of moved else ware.”

• Dirty, A/c did not work well, no coffee provided.

“The outside of the hotel looks nice. That is where it stops. The rooms are dirty, mildew on the calking, old and run down, a coffee pot was provided but no coffee, the shower alternated from burning hot to cold while in the shower, the TV was impossible to watch on some channels. I would never go to this hotel again at any price.”

• Nothing.
• You all lied about your location.

“It stinks, to book something under false pretenses, I will make sure the better business bureau, hears about the false information, you feed to get customers, you were not within walking to the beach.”

• It was close to where we needed to go.
• We were really worried about our car at night, and a little bit afraid of the other clients.

“The blanket and bedspread were so old and dirty that we were afraid to touch them. The steps leading up to our room were filthy. There were large groups of young people hanging around at night.”

• Tub faucet imposable to set.

“Opening the door to room 208 was so strong with stale smoke we started to leave. Then the faucet to the tub was faulty, the beds were ok and the TV was good. ”

• Clean quiet rooms, good mattresses and nice bathroom. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
• It was located on a busy road in what appeared to be a safe but non glamorous part of the city.

“We have a family of 5 and needed a hotel close to the sty Pete airport to spend the last night of our vacation in order to catch an early morning departure. With 2 queens and a sofa sleeper it worked out well for us. The room although plain was clean and quiet, the mattresses were good and the bathroom was nice. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly also.”

• Staff was very friendly the continental breakfast had a good selection of foods.
• Wall ac unit did not work properly, needs to have more counter space for bathroom sink.

“The hotel was recently refinished, the carpets were clean and the room was neat. However there was not enough room for females at the bathroom sink. Also the ac unit was old and needed to be replaced. Overall the hotel was ok for the one night that we spent in Clearwater.”

“We came back from dinner to find our room #108 crawling with bugs. We went to another hotel. We will never stay at this Ramada again.”

• The beds were new and comfortable.
• Ice machine broken. Room door was difficult to close from outside.

“However, we only used the room to sleep in. I will not use this motel if we come back to clear water.”
