• The room was much more than I expected for the price.
• It is kind of hidden back away from the main road.

• Nice clean hotel. Great suites, and good value.
• Hot tub inoperable, noisy neighbors.

“Our overall experience was good. Nice facilities except that the hot tub was filled to the top with gravel and rocks - looks like they were going to cover it with cement soon. Great complimentary breakfast - nice touch when traveling with young children.”

• Room was large.
• Public spaces of the hotel were very hot.

“I was unable to hook up to the Internet after numerous attempts I tried to call the front desk and it took 4 times of calling just to get someone to answer the phone. Silverware was dirty in the drawers (we were in a suite).”

• The rooms were spacious and allow my kid to spread out and relax.
• No towels in pool area, The eggs were very dry at breakfast all 3 days.

“Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very spacious and gave my family room to spread out so we were not right on top of each other. My only problems that there were no towels available at the pool on any of the times we went and the bathroom should be cleaned better. Their was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the bathroom. Better ventilation probably would help reduce that issue.”

“The fridge was not cold. The bathroom was dirty. I specifically requested a smoking room and got a non-smoking room. The food was horrible. I do mean horrible! The people at the front desk knew close to nothing about anything. Overall it was a bad experience.”

• Staff was pleasant and the hot breakfast was good.
• It needs to be a little cleaner.

“Generally the hotel is ok. However it needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. One of the first things my wife noticed when I was checking in at the desk in the lobby was that the two wing back chairs in the lobby had head oil stains on the top portion of the chairs. These need to be replaced or be thoroughly shampooed. We found some hair in our bathrooms in the sink and tub. The stairways had a strange odor. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good.”

• Location! Pool! And people was really nice.
• Room was very noisy while we were trying to sleep, I think there was a hot tub above us.

“Everything was great, The rooms was very large and well taken care of. The only problem we had was the loud noise in the night from water running next to the bed. I would stay there again, but this time I want the top floor so I won't hear the noise.”

• The room setup was really nice I liked the kitchen area and the living room area.
• The smoke smell in the rook.

• People were nice.
• The hotel looked cheaply made and maintained. Bathroom on first floor backed up. Accommodations were cheap looking.

“If all you want to do is get a cheap looking place to stay you can find another hotel with a better appearance for a similar price.”

• The pool and hot tub needed cleaned. Slimy black ring around entire pool.

• It was a decent hotel at a great price.
• The cleanliness was less than perfect.

“Overall, it is a good deal for a one night stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not up to my high standards. That made it seem a little bit run-down. They should probably replace the carpet and update the living room area furniture. That would definitely boost what I would be willing to pay.”

• The room was "old".

“The room was old and the furniture was "cheap". For instance, the curtains did not match the bedspread. I mean two totally different flower prints. The room was very outdated. It was a handicapped room, so the bathroom was "like the handicapped stall" in a public bathroom. No tub; roll in shower with hand rails all over the place. Would have been ideal if we were in a wheel chair. Not the romantic get-a-way that we had hoped for.”
