• The view from the 3rd floor hallway was beautiful.
• The pool was not heated.

“We had a wonderful overnight stay. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast bar was great. The noise level was within our expectations. And we were able to drive to the beaches of our choice.”

• The first room had a musty smell.

• The rooms were clean and very nice.
• Hotel staff wasn't very friendly especially check in clerk, and air didnt work right.

“The hotel was very clean and appearance was very good, hotel clerk was not friendly at all. He was very rude on several different occasions. Air didn't work right in one of our rooms, the room we were offered a fan and then when we said we were leaving we were offered another room.”

• Very spacious and clean loved staying there and would definitely go back.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was the perfect fit for me and my boyfriend from the Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom to the comfortable king size bed it was just perfect.”

• The suite we stayed in was wonderful. We traveled with three children that weekend and had plenty of room.
• The breakfast area was very small.

“The suite was wonderful and accommodated all five of us with plenty of room. The front desk staff was helpful, and we got extra sheets for the pull out bed immediately upon asking. I had some trouble using the internet. Had to move around the room to find a good spot, but then it was fine. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it. The water view was beautiful from one of the sides of the suite. In the other side. There was a huge tree top blocking our view almost totally. Please trim the top of the tree outside! Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I can't wait to go back!”

• Very nice location, staff good continental breakfast very good.
• Hot tub too hot our sink was broken moved us to a very noisy room by the ice machine.

“Hotel was very nicely decorated the room nice but again they should have checked our sink before we arrived and not moved us too another room the next day after they figured out the sink could not be fixed. I had already unpacked everything for our 5 day stay and had to repack to move. We booked these room weeks before & then they moved us to the room beside the elevator, washing machine & ice machine, very noisy the last night there was a party going on the floor below & the noise woke us up at 4:30 a.m. We finally complained at 5:00 and the noise stopped.”

• Was not pleased to say anything I liked.
• Had a horrible smell and a loud fan in the hall.

“I was displeased with my stay. The rooms were not really as expected and when I had notified the front desk that there was a problem they did nothing and did not seemed concerned. Then they had water leaking through the walls creating an awful smell and then had a loud noisy fan in the hallway that kept me up all night. Then I had cut myself and they did not have proper medical kit to clean and bandage my cut. I was extremely disappointed.”

• Staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice, and view of bay was beautiful.
• It was in a quiet residential area on the bay, but a 20 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and the beach; can't walk to shops or restaurants.

“We chose comfort suites because it was a suite (we have 2 young children that go to bed early) and it was inexpensive. We read many reviews that said many beach hotels were noisy and not very clean, so we were willing to give up proximity to the beach for a clean, quiet hotel. I think that was a wise choice for us. It wasn't a big deal to drive to the 3 Clearwater area beaches that we visited and we were very happy with the hotel and staff. There were plenty of choices on their free breakfast buffet; waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, etc. The wireless internet was free but only accessible on the first floor. The pool area was nice and faced the bay. Across the street and right next to the water was a paved walking/bike path that was nicely landscaped and had benches under the palm trees. One thing to note is that while they are "suites", it really is one big room. There is no wall or door between the sleeping area and living room area unless you ask for adjoining rooms.”

• Refrigerator in room was useful.
• Internet service did not seem to have enough capacity to serve everyone.

“Hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. The continental breakfast was very adequate.”
