• Clean, friendly staff, easy to find, convenient to shopping and highway.
• First floor still had smell of smokers.

“Clean, friendly staff, easy to get to from highway. I was traveling for leisure and had booked late into the Columbus area. This was a great value for cost and condition of room, etc. Was further out than I would have liked, but it one is traveling through the area and want to stay away from the maddening crowd for the night, I recommend this hotel. Also has great hot wing restaurant across the street!”

• Indoor pool and hot tub.
• Under remodel / poor check off system for rooms completed. It took 3 different visits to the room to find one that was complete or not occupied.

“Overpriced via location to Columbus. Heavy traffic evolved coming from the bedroom community to main business district. They also are under remodel mode. Disorganized!”

• The pool and hot tub were nice.
• The lobby and hallway rugs were dirty. The pool deck was dirty.

“Too dirty! Someone needs to clean the hallways! I was surprised to find the same old candy stuck to the pool deck that had been there the previous day. Obviously, no one bothered to clean around the pool.”

• Clean, comfortable room. Fair for the price.
• Not enough parking when the parking lot was covered in ice.

“The staff was friendly and cordial. The room was clean enough and had enough amenities for my needs. The bathroom was cramped but sufficed. There was little noise. The only problem was limited parking after a snow storm. More should have been done to clear the ice after the storm. Some walkways were ice covered and hazardous to walk upon.”

• Verity nice looking pool, buffest area and food satisfactory.
• Room furniture a little worn beds a little lumpy.
