“Hotel is nice, but is located not so good area. If you are looking for something close to airport it is adequate.There are stores for shopping in immediate area i.e. Target(not a Super Target), and restaurants like McDonalds. In addition, there is a nice Greek restaurant right down the street.”

• In the general area of CMH.
• Dirty, low-class people and area. Looks like trash and Compton, CA mixed.

“This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only are the rooms nasty with hard beds, the hotel sits on the boarder of a very low-income area and is swarming with roaches. The guests are loud and ignorant and it looks like a holding station for refugees from Africa and old-world Russia.”

• It was GREAT value. Very very nice room and hotel for the price.
• The only thing I did not like is that it is a little too far from the city.

“It was a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone else staying in the area. Probably would have preferred to pay a little more to stay in the city, but this hotel was well worth the stay.”

• It was convent to the airport and provided shuttle service free of charge.
• Free parking and shuttle service to the airport was listed on the web site but we had to pay for parking for the week.

“It was comfortable and convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly. The driver who brought us from the airport was exceptionally helpful and friendly.”

• The courtyard was nice to take a stroll in.
• The beds where small, and not very comfortable.

“It's not a bad place for the price bracket. Some neat things: a big courtyard that is fenced in, with a pool. I sat outside had a cigar and read the paper, it was nice. Location is good, I was on a stopover flying on sky bus so I did not need much (not staying to visit in Columbus).”

• The complimentary continental breakfast.
• I called the front desk twice and nobody answered.

“This hotel was terrible! When we arrived to check-in, there were two police officers with an irate customer. When we got to our room, the circuit breaker kept tripping, so we could not have more than one light on at a time, and one of the lights didn't work at all. I called the front desk twice, and no one answered.”

• Ceiling falling in, toilet seat loose, staff sitting around

“This was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The ceiling was literally flaking off and part of it fell on my husbands head while showering. The toilet seat was loose and you had to hold on. The staff was literally sitting in the lounge area and SIGHED when he saw us come in. He reluctantly got up and waited on us, without any recognition, thank you, or anything. The bed was hard, the pillows were hard and the restaurant wasn't even open at 8am in the mornings. I asked about it and they said, they don't have a restaurant anymore. The front entrance to the lobby was closed off with CAUTION tape, so we had to park around side the building and walk just to check in. All in all, this was a horribly over priced room. I paid $77 for this and it wasn't worth $17. Very disappointed.”

• This hotel is a joke and I will never stay there again.

“They were overbooked, and admitted that they did not know how to handle being sold out. The first room they sent me to my key would not work, I called down stairs and ask them to help me. When they came and opened that room it had already been given to someone else. I was taken to another room and put in a smoking room and I had asked for non-smoking, I have severe allergies to smoke. Then they found another room and moved me again (3 times) That night at 2:00 am they had a fire alarm to go off. Everyone had to go out in the cold and wait for 40 minutes. Then the next morning they called and ask what my name was and said you are in the wrong room we had given that room to another guest a male who did not show up that night but was on his way in and that I would have to move again. So I moved for the 4 the time in 24 hours.”

“The hotel was in disrepair inside and outside. The hotel was totally booked with kids basketball teams that roamed the halls all night. We only had hot water on two nights and there were no extra pillows,blankets etc. ”
