• The room had a kitchen.
• The key was annoying.

“The hotel was nice and clean. The room had a full kitchen. I would have preferred a room that was not on the 3rd floor, but that was no big deal. There was no noise despite the fact that the hotel was completely booked. The stay was pleasant.”

• It was close to the destination of our trip.
• There were allot of people running in and out of their rooms.

• Excellent location, inexpensive for what's offered.
• Problem with toilet was not resolved by hotel management.

“This is a great place to stay for low cost and is very close to the major shopping areas. One of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. Modern, up to date. There was a toilet flushing problem which was identified to hotel management that was not resolved. The heater unit was noisy if the temperature is set below 74 degrees, however it is quiet if set at 74 or above. We identified this problem to hotel management upon check out.”

• Service.

“With first use of the bathroom, the toilet overflowed, we called down to the desk. We were told we could come down to the desk and get a plunger, what kind of service was that. Expecting us to plunge the toilet. The day of check out which was 10, they called us at 9 to make sure we were going to pay our bill; they already had credit card info. I can see them calling at check out time, but before then, no. Also the room had a very Smokey smell. Not at all happy with our stay.”

• I appreciated the appliances and kitchen.
• It was understaffed and slow to respond to issues or problems we had.

“The best way to put it is that this hotel failed to meet our expectations. There's not enough staff, so any problems or issues take twice as long to get solved. The keys the hotels use are substandard as well.”

• Nothing!! The staff charged $40 extra for double beds, the place smelled terrible, and there were pet urine stains on the carpet.
• This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! I suggest that you stop affiliation with this chain or you may lose customers.

“Again, this experience was terrible. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. However, and as we have never been dissatisfied before, we will continue to use your services. But, please consider ending affiliation with Extended Stay America in Easton, OH as I would rather sleep in my car. Thanks for the great rooms in the past, though. I know I can expect better in the future.”

• Close to the convention I was attending.
• In the early stages of looking somewhat rundown.

“Great location for shopping. Good hotel for a moderate price. Good place for a business person on a budget.”

• Very friendly check in attendent.
• Very musty and mattresses were obviously very old.

“The hotel itself was kept on the surface and it was obvious that the management made efforts to keep newer light fixtures and pictures throughout the hallways and the lobby, however it was not enough to detract from the overall mustiness of the establishment,
